I was referred by a friend, who told me my skin was looking a little ruff, I'm a tennis instructor and I drive a convertible, both pretty tough on your skin so went to see folks at Seraphim skin... care. I found them terrific to work with. They gave me a great facial and massage and very useful tips to protect my skin. I have recommended them to a couple of my friends!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

My friend Joel and I bought a group-on for a facial and reflexology. When we arrived they served us fresh fruit, cheese and crackers and champagne. The inside of the spa is very nicely decorated as well as extremely clean which is important. The overall experience was wonderful. Lil worked on me. She did a cranberry facial followed by a neck and arm massage. When she was doing the reflexology, she put an aloe mask on my face which was very soothing. She doesn't do extractions because that could damage the skin. I had a facial a few months ago and the woman did an extraction. I still have a small scar left over from that experience, so I feel Lil is correct by avoiding anything that could potentially leave a scar. Afterwards I asked Lil about her products. She was very informative and even suggested less expensive products that I could easily by at a CVS or another drug store. I liked that she was informative yet not pushy. I ended up buying her peel formula and told her I would come back later to show her the results. Joel and I will definitely return. They offer great monthly specials. Judging from the appearance of Lil's skin as well as the other woman working there, I am certain I should have great results with her peel product. Joel and I both had a great experience and I really liked the fact the Lil is very concerned about not damaging skin which is why she avoid extractions. I also like that she took time to discuss skin care with me.
I specifically stated that I wanted my pores cleared, pointed out the bumps on my skin to the aesthetician, Cindy, since she didn't seem to notice them. She ignored all of my concerns. Instead of doing extractions as has been done on facials at other companies for me, she skipped that entirely. I asked her whether she thought that the peel alone would get rid of my clogged pores and she said, "Yes." Yet by that evening, they became larger and more showed up. As for the massage, it was akin to how one pets their cat....light stroking that was barely felt. Nail salons do a much better job with at least some pressure on the muscles. Both the facial and massage were disappointing. I was not told what to do after the treatment room, so planned on leaving the typical poor service tip. There were other customers in the front room, but no one said anything to me or acknowledged that I was even there, so I sat in a chair waiting to check out. After a long wait, Lil finally came over and said she could take the tip to Cindy for me since she was busy with other customers. Yet even Lil rudely walked away before I could even get the money out of my wallet. I'm used to someone waiting with a glass of water afterwards, thanking me for coming, asking how I liked my treatment, etc. Post-Kudzu Update: It was nice to receive a call from Lil offering a free facial after this review, but I'm hesitant to accept. The lack of courtesy and respect received at that visit is still highly unsettling.

What a fabulous way to pamper yourself! Seraphim is a first class day spa offering the very best in facials with the highest quality products. We were welcomed with cheese and crackers and fruit and beverages. Lil, Cindy, and Cecily were expert and friendly. The facial and massage is conducted in a beautifully decorated room with soothing music and flattering lighting and it would be very easy to drift off into a sound sleep. After the facial and hand, neck and shoulder massage, we were treated to expertly applied makeup and left looking 1000% better than when we walked in. This was a great "girls day out" activity as three of us enjoyed our facials and took our fabulous looking selves out to lunch after!
Seraphim Skin Care is THE BEST!! What a wonderful morning I spent with my two sisters at Seraphim. We took advantage of the current special and had facials which included a peel and arms, hands, feet, shoulders and neck massages. It was wonderful! Upon arrival we were offered mimosas and fresh fruit, cheese and crackers. After being introduced to the staff, we were taken into the treatment rooms which were cozy and relaxing with fresh sheets, towels and lovely, soothing music. The facial was divine and my skin feels like silk and looks amazing. We all opted to have a little make up applied and walked out looking like a million bucks! Lil, Cindy, Cecily and Candace are wonderful and all of them have gorgeous skin, a testament to the Retin-A regimen offered at Seraphim. Everyone should treat themselves to this divine experience as often as possible!
I bought a half off depot for spa day for 2 & I took my babysitter to treat her for all the great attention she gives my kids! When we arrived, the door was closed from inside and then a women opened the door and shooed us away saying we are too early (we were 15 minutes early to fill out any paperwork they might have for us to fill as instructed by them). They finally let us in and after the paperwork was finished was led into the treatment room, where our facial began, which is the worst facial i ever had!!! There was no skin analysis, no extractions and no proper massage which went on for 35 minutes. we were asked to dress back up when we stepped out there was no one to be seen, we guided ourselves to the reception area and were waiting for the massage part which included and we were told that the spa package is the facial by itself!!!!!!! when we asked that massage was included, they dismissed us quickly and left. We left very dissappointed! When i made the appointment i confirmed the time and the duration of treatments. I was told it will take app 2 hours,i do not know how the package can only last 40 minutes total!I took my babysitter to another place again where we got what we paid for!!THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH PLACE, PLEASE BE AWARE WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO!

Softwaregirl, I should send you a bill for the stress you caused my staff, me, and our facial tables. You came in with a horrible attitude...40 minutes early. We offered you champagne, we gave you a wonderful service, and you and your friend glared at us with a hostile look. We know problematic the minute it hits our door and your and your friend were. Contact the owners of Half-Off Depot if you want to make inflamatory accusations about Bait and Switch. You received a deep foot massage(please clip your toenails) arm massage, hand massage, shoulder/neck massage, face masage. I'm sure you experience "problems" everywhere you go. Beware Atlanta: these 2 girls are out to get you in any dishonest way they can. Our experience with them says they are miserable people and they want to bring their misery everywhere they go. Oh, and we will be contacting our lawyer for the lies you and Kudzu published. Thank you, Lil D. Cobbs, owner, Seraphim Skin Care. And I bet Kudzu will not publish this. They have been no help at all. Also, yes, we lock the front door for the safety of every person in our spa. There is a doorbell.
Lil and Cecily have been in charge of my skin for over 10 years. The Peel and Bleach and Indulgence have given me the skin I have always wanted. I got a facial from Cecily over a week ago, I still feel relaxed and I'm still glowing! They provide wonderful service and fantastic knowledge on how to always look my best!
