Arrived for my appt and the door is locked. Note says If you have an appt and the doors locked, just wait a few minutes til she comes out and lets you in.

Theres no chair or anything.so i sat down on the dirty cement for a while. Couldnt even tell IF there WAS anyone in there. After abt 45 minutes, i decide ive been stood up.

Called thevir phone number. No one ever answers it. And no one eer returns messages. True to form, ive STILL not gotten a response, an im sorry, or anything.

They wont be in business for long.

Got a refund on my groupon. Tooo bad and i was going to give an AWESOME $$$$$$ tip to them too.....

I had scheduled a Hot Stone Massage; but to my disappointment, the technician basically gave me a Swedish Massage & just used the Stones sporadically & not properly. I do get Stone Massages frequently & I strongly suggested that these technicans should go to an actual spa to see exactly what a Stone Massage truly is! The tech's hands were cold as well as the oils used on my body. This is one of the 1st times i coulld not wait for my massage to end. There was also some sort of sawing going on elsewhere whichnwas quite distracting.After making my initial appt. & arriving on time, they did not have me on the books, then rescheduled me & then again had a mix up w/dates.. Needless to say, they had not even offered anything in way of compensation for my time or inconvience.

I had a paraffin treatment and deep tissue massage with Dave. He did a great job! Very relaxing and helped work the tension out of my shoulders.

Awesome staff! Jean Bartlett is one of the best therapists I've ever had!! She is not only knowledgeable but passionate about her work. Highly recommended!

Wonderful staff! I asked for deep tissue massage and got one of the best massages I've ever had. Loved the paraffin dips and my face is glowing from a great facial. I will definitely return!
