I was looking forward to trying this place, especially after reading the reviews. However, I found the food to be well below average and the service was poor. I had the carne asada chimi and the meat was the worst I have ever had. There was hardly any flavor to the meat, not the way carne asada is supposed to be. I left over half of my dinner and had no desire to get a doggy bag and eat this again tomorrow. I would never go to this place again, but to be fair, Mexican food is like Italian and Chinese food. What is good to one person may not be good to another. It all depends on what you grew up on and what your preferences are.

We have been to this location a few times and have always left happy and satisfied. With minimal options in the area this is a good choice for a family dinner out or a quiete evening for two. Either way, we have always left happy.

Of all the Serranos I have ate ate this one has the best food, the service is not the greatest. The waitresses are not the nicest or fastest. But it wont keep me from going back they come and go.

If the resturant is so consistently filthy, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I've watch servers walk past actual trash and food all over the dining floor with not so much as a flinch to clean it up. We've stopped going altogether based on that alone, which is too bad since they have the best bean dip ever.
