My warranty company assigned Service Solutions to handle my AC unit problems. They are the worst company in the USA!!!! they are not reliable, have no customer service manners, Office manager is very rude, the owner/her boss (she would not give me his name or contact info.) must have trained her well because he was even more rude than she. He didn't care that his service man didn't show up to fix my AC. he said, "the bottom line is I had to be home on Friday between 10 and 2." I told him that was not very good customer service. I had already missed a day waiting on them. He started yelling at me on the phone about customer service. saying, "oh yea Customer service, the customer is always right! "They tell ya they will pay then they never pay." I thought he was going to have a stroke he was going in a rage about customers not paying. I said, sir, I already paid my $75 deductible. the warranty company pays you. he was yelling so much I don't think he heard me then he said, I am cancelling your part and the service and hung up. My warranty company called me later to tell me they were assigning me another company now I am another week without AC. DON'T ever use this company!!! they are horrible.

I am appalled with the service from office manager at Service solutions! It is unacceptable. The installers are friendly and knowledgeable. We have used this company , three times now. ONE TIME, the service rep transposed ONE number on our credit card, by accident...Here is where the fun begins. The office manager calls us and leaves a message, telling us our credit card was "declined". In the busy shuffle of our working lives, we forget to call back right away. Totally forgot. She calls us back a few days later and leaves another message. This reminded us and we called right back and left a message, still dumbfounded that our card was "declined". My wife then calls again and the office manager REFUSED PAYMENT!! Wow! She said she tried calling and left "tons of messages" so now we had to mail a check. We had CC in hand ready for payment, but because an office girl has a bad day, it has to be a stand off. KEEP IN MIND, they have other invoices, before and AFTER this one with the correct CC#....some office manager. The CC#'s are written right on the invoices!! She has the right number and can run it anytime she wants, instead she rather send harassing emails. We want a call from the owner. We will gladly pay our bill, online or by CC but we don't have checks any longer. I want a call and an apology. Best, Jim Krall

This company was assigned to me from my home warranty company. Since the very first contact with this company I have been very disappointed in the service provided. First, we had to wait over 48 hours for them to respond to my AC being out. Then they told me that my condenser was bad and that they would have to submit a dx to the warranty company and this could take up to a week to get an approval for a new compressor. THIS IS NOT TRUE! I called AHS and they can actually give approval TODAY, however, this company won't even put in a dx until tomorrow morning then THEY (not the home warranty company) will not be able to install it for another 5 or 6 days. I called to express my dissatisfaction with the girl at the AC company and she was rude and all she said is that they were backed up. IF YOU'VE GOT THAT MUCH WORK MAYBE YOU DON'T NEED TO BE TAKING SERVICE CALLS FROM A HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. Problem is, I think this is a one or two man po-dunk fly by night operation that relies solely on home warranty service calls because no one in their right mind would use this company otherwise. POOR SERVICE. POOR MANNERS. RUDE. AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR WILL THEY RECEIVE A REFERRAL FROM ME.

Service Solutions was assigned to repair my furnace by my warranty co. They called right away and tech came next morn. Needed new furnace and had to redo some pipes and upgrades as my system was 34 yrs old. Techs were on time, answered my many questions, did their job and cleaned up b4 leaving. Can't ask for more than that. I will be calling them again if/when I need heat/ac work.

There is no way I would refer these guys to anyone. Tech was extremely rude to me on the phone to the point that I wanted to leave the office to come home and beat his tail. Had I not been in front of a client it would have been a different conversation. I would rather have window units in my house than use these guys to fix my AC. Unfortunately they were sent to my house by my home warranty company.

WOW- these guys stink...Literally and figuratively! They were sent out via our home insurance company to diagnose our 26 year old HVAC system. The two technicians never took a tool out and were only in our home for maybe 25 minutes. When they left, they told me it was irreparable and they were recommending that it be replaced. They also admitted that they really don't work on our type of machine. -We just got a call from our insurance company and the claim is denied because the technicians claimed that we had not kept up with proper maintenance. -COMPLETELY UNTRUE, and a totally different story than what they communicated to me when they were on-site. I have copies of annual maintenance receipts. -Seems to me that this company is more interested in doing a quick job than a good job. I will not let this company back in my home. -And yes, one of the workers really did smell like he had defecated himself. Bad hygiene.

The woman that called me to set up an appointment was extremely rude. When I called again the following day, I was met with more rudeness and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she claimed she was the supervisor. TERRIBLE customer service skills. Do NOT use them. If your warranty company refers you to them, ask for another vendor.

I recently purchased a house that came with a HSA home warranty. My HVAC evaporator coil was leaking and HSA was forcing me to use their contractor (SSI). SSI knew I was captive so they added on a bunch of bogus charges and were nasty to deal with. Thankfully I was referred by a distributor to Comfort Control. They gave me a fix price on the phone and used high quality parts. It did not cost me much more than all the bogus charges SSI was quoting. CCI were fast, informative, friendly, neat and a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed and I am now very cool! If I had an employee with the attitude of the lady at SSI the first thing I would do is fire her. She is one of the worst costomer facing people I have ever delt with. Just talking with her you feel like you are being scammed by her and she is bad at it. What an awful person. The field tech was very nice and personable. Being the only service provider for HSA is likely the only way they get business. My advise is to stay away from this company and pay out of pocket. You will likely save in the long run. A poor rating is to good for them.

There is no way these people are steeping into my house. I have never been treated they way I was treated today by a customer service representative. After reading the reviews on their page it is a wonder how they are still in business. I reported them to the company that services my home warranty and requested them to send another service company to my home. Stay clear of this company.

The receptionist is sooo rude! After being continuously rude to me I told her we no longer wanted to use her service and she called me a b**ch on the phone and then hung up on me. I honestly cannot believe this place is still in business. What a joke. You cannot treat people like that (customers!!) and expect them to want to set up an appointment with you. Get your customer service together. If the service was anything like the customer service, then this place is a scam and they are just out to get your money. The other reviews sound pretty accurate. Just pick up the phone and call and I'm sure you will talk to the same person all of the reviews have mentioned. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

The office assistant is a low life and does not know how to talk to her customers. She was rude and nasty right from the start of our phone conversation. I'm sure this "Mom and Pop" operation will be out of business very soon with her representing them. Please don't waste your time with this company!!!

This was the third (and LAST) time our home warranty company dispatched this company to ATTEMPT to repair problems with our HVAC systems. Each time, they did not fix the problem and a second company had to be dispatched to actually fix it. This time, we had been without heat all weekend. They did show up promptly on Monday (actually showed up early without calling first, so I wasn't home yet). The service man had a hard time deciding what might be wrong and finally changed the thermostat out. It still didn't work, so he changed it twice more, downgrading us from programmable to non-programmable. Finally he realized he had blown a fuse when he changed it the first time. (So the downgrade was certainly not necessary.) He had tried to leave after the first time, until I convinced him that cold air was blowing out of the vent. So finally, there was warm air and I paid the co-pay and he left. 5 minutes later I realized it was still set to "emergency" heat. I switched it to "heat" and it blew cold. One, the heat pump is still not working, and two, now we have to manually switch to emergency to get auxiliary heat. I called the company, and she refused to send him back "the job is finished. your heat works fine." As I tried to explain how it did not work fine and in between her condescending explanations ("it takes time for it to heat up!!") she hung up on me at least 5 times, even after I begged her not to and to please let me finish. We have wasted $100's on them
