Although the prices do seem to be a bit higher than the huge repair shops that offer coupons and lower prices, it really has cost me less. When I have gone into the "cheaper" places, they always try to sell me more - I can't trust they are fixing only what needs to be fixed. I have used Sewell more times than I can count, and never been up-sold on any services, and my car has always been fixed right. I am willing to pay extra to know my car is fixed properly, and honestly.

We have been taking our vehicles to Sewell Auto Care for years. As a woman, this is the only auto service shop that I completely trust not to take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding auto maintenance. Thomas, the owner, is honest and has never tried to sell me unneeded services.

The only reason I didn't give these guys 5 stars is because I've only been there twice, so far. For routine maintenance, the price is a little higher than oil change places -- but I don't worry about the quality, with Sewell, so it's worth it. They know what they're doing and are willing to talk to me about what they've found and what I need (or don't need) - and their prices, though higher than the 'hacks,' are definitely fair. And they're A.S.E. certified!
