Precise but NOT what was wanted
I've visited this shop several times over years w/good results. True, maybe a bit high $$, but. Three weeks ago, took my big, shaggy, expensive, pure-bred doggie in for his first major grooming. Shampooch owner KNOWS the breed--she did my first Beardie. I gave specific direction / brought photos!. When I returned, his hair was cut very neatly & precisely. BUT!, precisely NOT what I wanted, nor what a Bearded Collie resembles. His long, gorgeous coat reduced to about 2 inches! Shaggy was turned into furry. I vehemently expressed dislike, owner never responded. Was shocked and now disappointed further. NEVER to return.
