I worked here and had a verbal agreement of how much I would make. I started questioning it and found out it was way lower. I was stolen from I was not paid correctly and when I confronted the owner Kathy she became upset. I told her I never would work for that I know what Im worth! I came in 2 days sick because they wouldn't give me off. Then I was attacked when I left and was told I need help. Also this place had let a dog drink bleach out of a mop bucket and never got the dog help nor did they tell the owner. Worst place I have ever worked. The owners daughter cut a dog twice and didnt tell the owner. Please don't take your pets here! The cleaning lady uses straight bleach and made everyone and all the dogs sick one day beware of this place!!

I recently moved far away from my normal groomer. Too far to take my anxiety prone Lab. I saw Shampooch Palace a few times shopping at Publix and decided to check them out online. They had solid reviews, so I dropped by to talk to them. They assured me they could handle my anxiety prone Lab. I warned them she can get aggressive but they assured me could handle her with careful management. I felt assured because we discussed muzzles and they only used the soft muzzle. I took my lab there and while they needed to muzzle initially, they took it off and even did the nails!!! My new hardwood may just get a break soon. I'm very happy.

I brought my Great Dane in there and she's a big ol' Scooby Doo. Scared of everything...they were very kind and gentle. The washer did an amazing job, my dog smelled so good. They also trimmed her nails, brushed teeth, etc... They are close by and are a decent price. Oh, I also brought my cat and they did a lovely job with him as well. I'll be going to them and recommending them to everyone.

We have used this business twice and will never do so again. The first time we brought in our long haired german shepherd, we explained that she was not to be shaved just trimmed. We got a decent trim but found a dried bloody cut on her ear which they did not tell us about. Maybe she was moving too much, so we let it slide. We brought her back earlier this week and asked for the cut to be a little shorter than last time. When my husband went to pick her up, he didn't even recognize her. Any groomer should know not to shave a german shepherd or any dog with a layered coat. My dog looks like a ridiculous poodle rat, even if I had wanted a shaved dog I would be horrified by the terrible job and how uneven it is. I called the business and spoke to the owner as soon as I saw my dog. She told me that the only way to go a little shorter was to shave the dog and admitted no fault or understanding. No explanation was given when we dropped off the dog and she was unwilling to make any apology. I specifically asked for a refund and she told me that she wouldn't give me anything since she did the work that I was charged for. I passed the phone to my husband and she told him she wouldn't give him anything and hung up. He called back and said that it was very poor customer service to hang up on clients and she said the best she would give is $10 off our next visit and hung up on him again. Pictures below are of her last cut and then of her unauthorized shaving.

I wouldn't take my soft coated wheaten terrier, bayleigh, any where else. She always looks great! They remember how I like her cut each time. I am very picky and went thru a lot of groomers before finding shampooch palace. They make you feel like family

Listen!!! I spend NOTHING but the best on my 9.5 yr Rottie! He LOVES Kathy, he looks and feels great! She never cuts his nails below the pain threshold like soooo many other groomers, she's ALWAYS available but VERY VERY busy. She LOVES your dog, and even when I take my mothers little shitzh-poo (who gets a little nippy with other groomers around his face area), he's cut beautifully and not stressed out when we pick him up. If you truly value your pets EXPERIENCE as WELL as the RESULT, you'll come see her. I'm a real person and you can always email me at tan babies @ gmail.com Tan

Excellent grooming service and the prices are fair. Owner always has some type of special going to ensure that you have the opportunity to take advantage of some discount. My dog Ziggy (mini schnauzer) comes home happy and cute as ever!

Took me a year to finally find the perfect groomer. Our baby is a peek a poo and it has been real hard to find a groomer who makes each one of my family members happy with our babies new cut. ShamPooch went over and beyond not one complaint for either kid or hubby. Very excited to finally find the perfect fit for our baby.
