Got the Job Done!
Mona Williams was not only a pleasure to work with, but she got the job done! Our house had 3 offers the first weekend it was on the market and was under contract in 7 days! Need we say more OK, we'll say more! Our house was in great condition, but other agents had always had us overpriced for today's market. Mona had the knowledge to help us price our house to sell. We've worked with a number of agents & Mona really treated us like we were worth her time. She was familiar with the area and was an aggressive agent, just what you need to sell a home in today's market. You can be sure we will recommend her to everyone we know who is purchasing or selling a home!
