I had some nose bleeding due to a minor injury when i slipped the stairs and landed on my face. I didn't think it was fractured, but to be safe, I decided to visit an ENT specialist in my vacinity. Once I reached the office for my appointment, 10 mins ahead of schedule, I went straight to the receptionist who was chatting on the phone/doing her nails. After waiting a few mins, she paused and began checking me in, gave paperwork to complete and asked me to wait. After about 25 minutes of waiting, the doctor finally shows up and takes me for a checkup. I explained my symptoms and he briefly examed my nose and told me it was alright. This whole checkup was less than 10 minutes...and I didn't receive any value because I was already fine (which is what I already knew). Two weeks later, I get a bill in the mail for $350 dollars. The biggest waste of my time, money and poor quality of customer service from the receptionist. Do not recommend them!
