We hired Sharper Impressions to repaint 4 bathrooms in our home. Smaller spaces that required a lot of wallpaper removal. Bathrooms look great! I also loved having a color consult to help me make up my mind on a few of the bathrooms. We will hire this company again.

Manager Michael came to my home last spring for my free quote on my entire exterior body-trim-garage-fence and deck. He was polite and quick. My wife and I decided to hire Sharper Impressions Painting to paint just our full exterior body-trim and garage... we are saving the fence and deck for this year. Michael was quick to put us on schedule and was nice about our scheduling needs. The paint crew that came out was respectful and polite and we enjoyed getting to know them a little the 4 days it took them to make our house look fantastic! We had a great experience, did not have to pay until after the job was complete and are already looking to contact Michael about the quote we have for our deck and fence!

We signed a contract with Sharper Impressions and they were to begin work on our house on a Monday. When nobody showed up or called, I contacted the company only to find out that the Project Manager had left the company and they could not do the work in the timeline planned. The owner of the company, Geoff Sharp, made numerous excuses about his "high turnover" and "management team issues" and could not even follow through with basic commitments like calling me when he said he was going to. After several tense conversations, he "released us from our contract" by choice because he could not accommodate us in his schedule. Apparently he has so much business that he isn't willing to work with customers to satisfy them. If customer satisfaction is not a priority for him, I can only imagine how this would translate if you weren't happy with their work. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

It should have been a sign when the "workers" (i.e. one guy) showed up the first day 2 1/2 hours late. A job that they quoted would take 2 days took 4. All of our windows are now painted shut and I've had to do more touch ups to their job than if I had done it myself.

Brad was very prompt and professional with bidding, communications and follow-up. The paint crew was awesome. They were courteous and thoughtful. The workmanship and quality was very good. Nice clean-up!

They did a great job! They were very understanding with us while we were having problems picking out paint colors. They painted samples on for us so we could decide the colors we liked. Hard workers!

I was very impressed with Brad when he came and did the estimate. They were offering 25% off so his estimate was the best and he seemed like a good guy. The work was done on schedule for the most part and I liked the head of the crew (Felix). I was disappointed in the clean-up as I still have paint chips all over my roof (I assume they thought they would blow/wash away but they haven't and it's been months). And Brad never checked in as the project went on - not by phone, email or in person. Never followed up to see if I was happy once the work was complete. And I think there were some trim pieces that needed to be repaired but I was told they were fine and just needed to be repainted (I'm guessing it was to keep the price low?). Don't love the color (was helped by a color consultant they provided) but I guess that's my fault. Also I was asked to fill out the survey on how well they did at the time of payment - kind of hard to rate them anything but high marks as they are standing there waiting for you to fill it out. All things considered I think they did a good job for what I paid but looking back my gut told me to go with another company - should have followed my gut.
