These guys are the worst at customer service and professionalism, they have no integrity and i dont know how they got to be as big as they are!! Tom Johnson is a douche! how do you completely forget coming out to a project to give a bid? he took pictures drew diagrams and 4 weeks later i still heard nothing from him. Hershel finally call me back to tell me tom said he couldn't remember if he ever went to my property and that if i wanted to get a bid i needed to make an appointment. their motto is complete bulls*** and i wont ever refer or use their services

We just got a new pool put in. This was our first pool and nothing could have been better. We gave them our budget and they were able to give us everything we wanted out of a pool. The designer (John) was great they did a quality job and they did it fast. We could not be happier with them or our pool. Thanks Shasta

I've had two pools built in Phoenix over the past 10 years. The first was by Rondo. Never had a problem with the equipment. A little over two years ago I went with Shasta. A bit more expensive but figured it better to go with a larger pool builder with years of experience. Big mistake. In two years, the pump, chlorinator, and two in-pool cleaning heads had to be replaced. Now one of the valves needs to be replaced too out of warranty, so I'll be forking out several hundred bucks. Avoid Shasta.

We bought a VERY LARGE Shasta pool in Aug 2006. Our pool is over 34,000 and has a pool cover. The crew that built our pool was very courteous and the super was attentive and pleasant to work with. We had a problem when they initially built the spill over drain for water to go into after the pool cover is opened. First big monsoon rain it filled up and backed sand up into our brand new pool. THAT WAS AWESOME. They came back out and re-dug it but it was only 5" below the pipe so it's probably full of dirt by now which I told them it was insufficient but they didn't seem to care. The holding area for the pool cover doesn't drain now - we have to wait for the water to evaporate - it's disgusting. We have had a plumbing problem with it within the first year (which was under warranty) so they came out and repaired it TWICE and I frankly do not expect the ‘repairs' to last more than another 2 years before it starts to leak again.

Shasta had one of their many newspaper ads hyping their price and service and ability to remodel pools. We waited a week for a call back andwhen the salesman showed up he arbitrarily told us our remodel would be $50,000. We got it doen for less than $8,000. I would never use this company or recommend it.

We bought a Shasta pool about 2 years ago and had issues along the way. It was hard to get a hold of anyone. We also think we were ripped off when it came to the hard dig. Our neighbor went with Paddock which they enjoyed and got a better deal. I love having a pool but if I would do over I would choose another company.

We made our appointment online. We showed up at the design center and no one had a clue about our appointment. Mean while the night before a Shasta customer service rep called us to remind us about our appointment. So 45 minutes later with a disappointed salesman we started our journey. (Normally we would of left by now. but my wife said it's Shasta don't worry about. This company has been around for ever.) Now we are at construction 5 months after we left the design center and winter is now beginning. Our pool is too close to our house and our steps are way to small. I made complaint to the job superintendent but seems like he had no controll over it (the truth is he had way too many jobs going at once) by the time he went to help out my problems it was to late they already poured concrete. To make a long story short we have a pool thatI can't stand looking at.
