the worst. horrible customer service
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a groomers. The first time my puppy went there she looked fantastic, the second time she looked like she was suffering from mange. They did not even trim her girly bits, so I called the next day, no one called me back. I brought her in to see if they could talk about it. This is the conversation.
me-"She just needs more trimming around her female parts."
girl-"We cant shave her she will just lick herself."
me-"the last time was perfect, i just want it like last time."
girl-"you can have your money back."
me-"you don't even want to try?"
girl- "no you can have your money."
And proceded to be condesending, patronizing, and incredibly rude while getting my money. It was horrible, they treated me like that, imagine how she treated my dog! I only wanted them to fix it, now I have to take her to have it done all over again and shes only 7months, its too much for her to handle. I never once blamed or insulted anyone, it was probably just the puppy who was difficult, but you still need to do what people pay for.
