It's only been sixteen months since I joined the Rabbit's Shadow, and the certainty of movement and heightened sense of awareness (both of myself and of my surroundings) that I already feel is uncanny. I mean, I've already developed the ability to save kittens from rooftops and catch flies in mid-air. At this rate, I'll be breathing fire and teleporting in no time!

Sensei Casey teaches one of the most effective and complete martial arts system I have ever encountered. It encompasses all aspects of combat and self defense from hand to hand and weapons training to growing the mind and spirit. The best part of the class is the close relationship the students have with one another, which makes learning and training so much more fun. I have been with Sensei Casey for almost 2 years now and would not train anywhere else for anything.

Sensei Casey teaches smart, effective techniques and tactics and engages you to use the whole of your mind and body. The workout is balanced - strength and cardio, and the two-hour classes are filled to the brim. I haven't even been there a year, but I already see a definite improvement in my endurance and mental focus.

Sensei Casey is a very energetic and dedicated martial artist. He teaches his classes with passion and dedication. There are a lot of arts that try to pound into your head how to win, while Shizenken Martial Sciences instils in their students how not to lose. Many traditional and modern weapons, disarms, joint-locks, throws, you name it! I am sold! I recomend this for anyone looking for a soild, street-worthy martial art.
