I have been here a few times and have always had a pretty good time but I don't know what happened recently. I went there with a few friends and had the worst service of my life. The waitress took FOREVER to get us drinks or take our orders and screwed up our food. We sent it back and then she expected to pay for it. Then the manager brought us new food and didn't even say sorry or anything. It ruined our whole night!

I am not sure what has changed since I went last year, but this place, specifically the rooftop terrace, is tons of fun on a Saturday night and the drinks while not the best tasting are STRONG!! There is no cover and the DJ plays great old school and hip hop music for the late 20's to mid 30's crowd. I highly recommend this spot as a girls night out spot, or just a place to go with anyone for pure fun.

This is definitely a fun place to go after work. The rooftop bar doesn't have a far-away view of the skyline, but it's still cool. It makes you feel like you're in the middle of all the city action.

I love the food at Shout and tend to visit there a lot. The biggest complaint I have is that the bartenders are very inattentive. I usually sit at the bar at most places to get better service, SHOUT is the exception to that rule. I get horrible service at the bar and great service at a table. You would think that between 3 bartenders someone could attend to your needs!!!

This is a cool place to go to in Atlanta to get drinks and tapas. I had the sushi and it was awesome!
