Showcase Honda

By far the worst service Iv ever had. Iv purchased my last two cars from them and when I was in there yesterday looking for a car in my price range they kept pushing me to look at others out of my range. After they seen that numbers would not work out for me they had me look at the IS300 numbers seemed to work out so I was looking to buy it, When there finance guy kept pushing the warranty on me he talked me out of buying the IS300 due to the age and mileage so I told him ill just come back on the weekend to look for a newer car to purchase. The sales manager tried to lower the price on the IS300 to make me still wanted it. After I declined the offer he said “thanks for wasting 4 hours of my time” I can not believe there sales manager would be so unprofessional especially to some one that has purchased 2 cars from them in the past.

It was a pleasure working with Honda Showcase. We had looked at various types of cars and visited various dealerships (even another Honda dealer). Emanuel “Manny” Hare was so helpful in narrowing down our decision. We finally decided on a CRV and they had 3 different choices. Curt Balducci had stepped in and helped us with the pros and cons for each model. Both Manny and Curt were very patient with us. The negotiations went smoothly. When we were doing all the paperwork, we had a time crunch and the finance person was very accommodating to get the paperwork done on a timely manner. Overall we were very happy with our car buying experience at Showcase Honda.

My experience with Showcase Honda was wonderful. Of course, I knew what I wanted and did my research. The first offer was a bit high, but after negotiating a bit, I got a steal. That is serious - I don't know how the two salesmen assisting me made a commission off that sale. Also, when I left, I felt like I was part of the family - all the sales people were so friendly. Car buying is always going to be a long negotiating process, but if you want an enjoyable one, Showcase Honda is it!

Before moving to AZ, I had dealt with the same car dealer for nearly 20 years. I found another Honda dealer in Phoenix right away but was extremely disappointed with their business practices and after over a year of dealing with them, needed to find someone new. I was referred to Showcase by a friend. I was immediately impressed by Deneen at Showcase. I explained to her what happened with the other dealer, I told her what I was looking for and I told her what I was willing to pay (which was a price i wasnt even sure she could get to). Within a week, I was driving home in my dream car that I had purchased at my dream price. Deneen and the people at Showcase were awesome!!! They were straightforward, honest and made me feel that I was the only customer they had (even though the showroom and lot were full of other customers). I have definately found a dealer for the next 20 years. I highly recommend Showcase Honda if you are looking for a top quality car at a great price and superior customer service that leaves you knowing how much your business is appreciated!

Great Service. Treated with respect! My Sales Rep, Aaron McDonald took great care of me. I walked out with a new Civic LX and am very happy with my whole experience!
