I have to say that the beauty and craftsmanship of our cabinetry is wonerderful. I will also say that the installer scraped and gouged up our brand new hardwood floors and to make the job right, the cabinet maker agreed to add some more shelving incuding slide outs, bring the shelving that was left out, fix a corner cabinet that was chipped (my husband had to glue that piece back on), bring the unfinished trim work for the base of the cabinets (another detail left unfinished and fix some "sticky" drawers in the bathroom. A few months after the cabinets were done, the kitchen counter laminate started to bubble up, apparently some sort of particle was left under when it was laid down and the bathroom also has an issue like that too only on the cabintry itself...so those are just other issues to be addressed. My husband has called Showcase Kitchens and gone for several personal visits and the owner of the cabinet portion end of things, Rick Fisher has yet to call back. This has been over TWO years. We have not heard a single word from him and are very frustated and disappointed because his craftsmanship is very good, but his business manners are not. We paid a very high price for these cabinets and would just like the job to be complete. If he would have come through for us, I would be giving an A+. I hope others don't experience the same misfortune as we did.
