From the receptionist (Stacey) who answered my call for service, to the service technician (Rhodrich) who promptly arrived to repair my A/C unit, all was handled professionally and courteously. I marked only 4 stars for "value" simply because I always believe that every company can be less motivated by profit and perform more for their customers while charging less. That, of course, is not always true.

I have been a customer from Lawrenceville for over 2 yrs, on Shriver's yearly renewable maint plan for my 12 years old RUUD system. I just had a crisis last night-AC outside fan on equip quit working & 95 degrees outside-I was freaking out. Shriver's calmed me down & service van came within 4 hrs, tech explained what he was doing, what he found, offered me the broken part and was on his way in less than 45 minutes-with no complaint about the heat from him, just good attitude, leaving me fixed & relieved. They always treat me & my home with respect I've had other services in the past who leave a mess, try to sell me work I don't need-especially since my equip is aging, and even have stolen from me NOT THESE GUYS. I highly recommend them!...

I own over twenty rental properties and have been using Shriver Mechanical since they opened for business. Although I have used other types of contractors too (plumbing, electrical, etc.), Shriver is the only one I have stayed with all those years. The office staff and technicians are friendly. They are dependable -- usually able to fix problems same day of service call. The technicians are always professional and courteous to my tenants. And they will explain what they are doing on the occasions that I am there with them during a service call; they don't seemed bothered by my occasional "hovering" to try to learn some of the basics to help myself in managing future issues. It's truly nice to have trustworthy, dependable professionals help during times when tenants need comfort "now!"
