We've eaten at this location twice now so I feel like I can honestly give a review that is below average. The first time was average overall but the service was slow. The second time was just today, we were sat in a back corner booth by the bathrooms which made it seem like we were so out of sight that the server forgot about us. It took forever for the initial server to come and take our drink order, then it took forever for her to fill our drinks. She brought them and aplogized for the wait. Our food came out fairly timely but by another server who apologized for the wait on our drinks as he noticed we waited a while. The French Dip I had was very bland and dry, even with the Au Jus. I was going to let the waitress know but she didn't come back for over 20 mins. By that time I was ready for the bill and to leave, the same waiter that delivered our food came to check on another table so we flagged him down and let him know I was displeased with the sandwhich and furthermore couldn't get it corrected since the server never came to check on us. At that same time our original server finally came up and he told her to get us our check ASAP and walked away. Apparently never told her how displeased we were since she brought the bill back at full price and just said thank you and walked away. Never an apology or any ownership to her shortcomings in the service department. I was so frustrated by that time that I just paid the bill and left. We won't be going back.

Not sure what the bad review below was about because my family and i have been going here since they opened and the management has always been accomodating and friendly. It is obviously family owned and my family and my friends always feel welcome. Any time there's been an issue, it's been resolved easily. The Louisianna Penne is my favorite and the coctails aren't bad either :) The servers and bartenders are great.. they know us by name. It doesn't get any better than this for a local neighborhood bar/ restaurant. Cheers!!

My daughter and I just came from Sidelines - I ordered wings which took 45 mins & were over cooked - so I sent them back. I waited 25 + mins for more wings - they never came. At this point my daughter was done eating, so I told the waitress to forget the wings because I had to go home and get my child ready for bed/bath. Amanda Bell, the Owner, came out and was extremely rude. She told me that I had originally ordered the wings extra crispy - which was untrue & had the nerve to say that she felt like she was taken advantage of because now she had to throw out two orders of wings. I tried to explain to her that I see eating out as a luxury and having proper service should come with that. She would not listen to me and walked away twice. She acted extremely unprofessional for a business owner. No love lost though . . . we have eaten there several times before and the food is terrible. The only things worth ordering are the rueben sandwhich and zuccini fries. I have actually had better food at QuickTrip up the street. My daughter and I eat dinner out 2 or 3 times a week. However, we will not bother trying Sidelines again.

Great service, Good Food, Good People! Great place to hang out at and have fun! The staff at this Sidelines is the best. Freindly and inviting, the chicken wings rock and the entertainment on the weekends is usually pretty darn good!! Highly recommend
