very angry
Repeated incorrect statemtents when car was supposed to be ready. Even the morning I was in the shop to pick up the car - it was not ready even though I was told the car was being brought from the car wash. Do they not only not return your phone calls, the shop is also impossible to deal with when on location. I will never ever use that shop again, and I hope neither will you. Otherwise good luck!
