The people at this establishment clearly do not care for cyclists or the people that keep them in business, however long that may be. For one, what business that caters to an early morning crowd of cyclists, runners and others using the SCT opens at 9 am during the heat of the summer, when the trail is packed full of riders, runners and strollers at 7:30 am or earlier? Second, what kind of business turns away customers? We were there at approximately 8:40 this morning when I discovered 4 miles into a planned 60 mile ride that I left my water bottle in the car. The staff member, who was dragging the rental bikes out to the patio told me I would have to wait at least 30 minutes "until they opened". The store was unlocked, employees were around and I had good money to spend. I was shocked at the utter disregard for customer service. I guess my $4 water bottle paled in comparison to the hundreds they would make renting bikes, but none of my riding companions will ever set foot in there again. If I'm hungry or thirsty, I'll ride over to the adjacent gas station because they clearly don't need the business.

I love riding my bike on the Silver Comet Trail! I bought my bike at the bike shop several years ago. Every time that I had gone in, everyone was extremely helpful, nice, and respectful! However, I visited the shop today, and I was completely shocked at the way I was treated. Nobody wanted to help me, one guy "started" to help me and then said that he "had other customers", and the owner was downright rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to me right in front of other customers. It was really unbelievable to me to see a business owner act that way. I will never go into that shop again. Immediately after, I went to Atlanta Cycling in Vinings, and all of the people there were AMAZING!!! I'm so glad that I found ATLANTA CYCLING!!!!

I got a great deal on a last years model Specialized. Service department can get backed up and thus is slower than some oher shops. It is much more about space than quality. I have always had good service on my bikes.

If you're looking to check out the Silver Comet bike trail but you don't have a bike, stop by here to rent one. Their prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, and you'll get a great workout on the trail. Love it!

A really nice store, though not big. If you're interested in recumbents, this is the place to go. Convenient location. We purchased a bike there and had a minor problem that they fixed immediately. Service was impressive.

I've rented bikes from this business several times and they are always friendly and helpful. I was having some problems with a bike that I bought elsewhere and they offered to adjust the seat for free, so it would be more comfortable for me. They also installed a kickstand for a very low price. They have a large selection of bicycles, helmets and other accessories, such as bike computers, seats, gloves, etc. And their location is very convenient as well if you like to ride on the Silver Comet Trail.

Great location on the trail. During spring, if you need bike work you must take the bike in early. They get a backlog very quickly as they are a small shop.

This is a great location to rent bikes or rollerblade equipment for an hour or for the day. It is hands down the best locaiton if you are interested in trying out or buying a recumbent bicycle. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I've bought assesories and had them tune up my bike. Cost was very resonable compared to the other shops I contacted and they did the little things that made me confident I was getting what I paid for. I highly recommend.

What a great place for a good bike shop. And these guys are professionals. Plenty of parts and accessories, and rentals too. One of the top recumbent bike stores in the state.
