Silver Fox Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Fred and Jonathan are still working on installing my new AC/Heating Unit as I am writing this. Fred and Silver Fox gave me the BEST PRICE out there and although the job ended up being more time consuming than it should have because of the small area these guys had to work in they NEVER COMPLAINED!!! Thanks for a job well done and you will get many references from me in the future.

I live in CA with a rental property in AZ which occassionally makes emergency services a challenge. I usually anticipate high charges for repairs to damages that I cannot see with my own eyes. Unfortunately, an absent landlord is typically a target for price gouging and inaccurate reporting of the magnitude of damages. Based on their great Kudzu review, I contacted Silver Fox Plumbing. They quickly responded to a bathroom leak and advised me there was no damage that needed to be addressed, the leak stopped (thanks to great tenants) and the drywall was not impacted. SFP advised me over the phone that there would not be a charge for an estimate, but their technician charged my tenants an emergency service repair. I called Brian, the owner, and he advised me "if you were told there would not be a charge, then there will not be a charge". He assured me he would personally handle voiding my tenants' check. His customer service was outstanding and I feel great knowing that I have a reliable, honest, trustworthy company to contact in the event of any plumbing, A/C or restoration work on my rental property.

I called Silver Fox out for our Air Conditioner that was leaking and not cooling properly. I have a child with asthma so I was concerned about mold and other things flying through my house. The diagnosed the problem, did not try and make me buy things I did not need and had us back up and running in no time at all. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

I called three Air Conditioning companies whom came out here to our house with unbelievable sky rocketing high prices. Two of them told me it couldn’t be fixed and I needed a new air conditioning. The third one sent a technician that had NO idea what he was doing and quoted me 2,800.00 dollars to fix it. My neighbor recommended Silver Fox to me so I called them and told them my air conditioning wasn’t cooling right. We have a new born baby and I voiced this to the lady on the phone at Silver Fox and they were here THAT DAY! Fixed my Air Conditioning for a much lower price and even gave our house a free plumbing inspection while he was here. Thank you Silver Fox for putting my family first and understanding we are not all made out of money. I give you guy’s five stars and two thumbs up all around!

It was 10:00 P.M. and i woke up to a flooded house. I found Silver Fox at Kudzu.com called them out. with in a hour Fred arrived at my house found the problem in the kitchen. He also called Ground Zero Restoration to dry the house out so no mold would grow in my house. I am so grateful for the fast service that was provided. Thank you guys.
