Ask for referrals from any videographer first
Chris @ Silver Line was a referral & we signed a contract several months prior to our March 2009 wedding. Appx 3 weeks prior to our date I left a couple messages and tried sending emails but they were undeliverable. Appx a week prior to our date I reached him and we agreed he would call at 7pm. By 7:30pm we called and he finally called back. We decided to cancel our contract because we weren’t sure what type of service we would receive, if any, on our wedding day. To his credit he has agreed to refund our deposit.
