I was a patient of Dr. Silverman's and everytime I had a appointment he was always hours behind. He is a great doctor but I don't care to sit in a waiting room all day to see him.

Dr. Silverman is a wonderful doctor. He helped a dear friend with a large pituitary tumor. He was very nice and explained everything well. We felt confident in his expertise and judgement.

I agree that the wait time is often pretty bad but I have always had a great experience with Dr. Silverman himself. His willingness to listen to my feelings led to catching my thyroid cancer before it could get any worse. My only complaint is that I always feel rushed in his office and the wait time is horrific. I have never waited less than an hour. It's kind of ridiculous.

Every visit or appointment I had I was waiting at least 1 1/2 hours the longest wait was 2 hours, and the office was always packed. At first I thought he and his colleagues must be the best but really their assistants that make the appointments were idiots, not giving the doctors enough time to interact with the patients and not counting other aspects of the visit. I felt that Dr. Silverman was okay but he was a little old fashioned. I discussed with him about the new treatments that were out to help with my condition and he told me how he was against them. I told him about my difficulty in loosing weight dispute my control of my glucose levels and he just said that he would wait for my next visit to tackle that. I felt that it was important enough to tackle then. I think his lack of urgency with the weight was irresponsible and showed a lack of caring and a more greedy response (wanting to make sure I came to the office so he could charge me again, and again). To make things worse I kept having disagreements with his accounting department because they sent me a bill for $125.00 a year latter, and when I asked for a itemized bill they sent it up for collection. I was out of
