Adrian attempted to replace my pump in my basement. He started off by ripping my sheetrock apart to find out where the pump was plugged in at (strike 1). He then diagnosed my problem as being the pump needing to be replaced (strike 2). We replaced the pump ($225-labor/$360 pump). My problem still was not fixed....Adrian encouraged me to purchase a new toilet and I did so (strike3)....my problem was still not fixed. I finally decided to seek other "professional opinions" and found out I only needed to order the original pump that goes with my system. After conversing with Adrian and informing him of my expectations he agreed to return my $ and install the new pump/toilet and agreed to return the unneeded pump. He was not able to return the pump to the store but he did return $200 of the $360 that was given to him by me for the pump (oweing me $160). I ordered the CORRECT pump from the manufacture. Since doing so (two months ago), Adrian has gave me the complete run around. He has not kept his appointment nor has he returned any messages. I have left several messages (voice/text). Adrian owes me $160 (remainder balance for the actual wrong pump) and $225 that was given to him to (labor) install.
