Had gotten the run around and heavy sales pressure from other companies. These guys came out - told me the truth -did not try and sell me something I didn't need and repaired my system. Fair price, Clean, professional and no games.
Called in the Simpson air around 1PM to schedule an appointment for repair. The lady I talked to took my information and told me a tech would be there between 4-5PM and gave me his name. I waited until 6:15PM to call back and used the emergency numbers as their offices close at 5PM. Left a message and received a callback in about 20 minutes. I gave the person who called back my information and he said he would call me back to find out what happened. After 20 minutes he had called back and said there was no record of my appointment or information and was eager to get off the phone rather than try to resolve the issue. At this point, I decided to try to resolve the issue with the Service Manager in the morning. The next morning I called the Service Manager and she claimed to vaguely remember something about either my address or information and informed me that all the techs were already out on calls and would call me when one was available. I waited 3 and half hours and no response before calling another service company. I know that I live in Florida and it's been hot and I understand they are busy. I also know that people sometimes fall through the cracks in a service company. I think the important thing is how the company handles that situation once it has been identified. I did not get upset at any point with anyone and no one was apologetic or empathetic. This was a terrible experience I will not repeat with Simpson.
I needed to replace 3 units several years ago and Simpson not only performed a great install but has gone above expectations in responding to any service related items since then. I could not ask for more!
Simpson Air will make you feel like you are their #1 customer. A few years ago when we had an aging a\c system in our home, we called Simpson and were very pleased with the service we received. So, when it was time to replace our a\c system, of course we called Simpson. Everyone we dealt with at Simpson was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended a new system that would be more efficient for our home. Our new system was installed in one day and without any issues. We couldn't have been happier! Our home is cooler and our electric bill has shrunk. We have since recommended Simpson Air to many friends. Several have now purchased their new systems from Simpson and are passing on the recommendation to their friends!

I wanted to share my experience I had with Simpson Air. I arrived home on a Friday evening in the rain to find that my ac was not working. After calling Simpson Air they instructed me to try a few things and with no success, they were at my home Saturday morning and had me back up and running in no time.
