I am new to the Mount Vernon/Burlington area, and have kids, so I stopped by Skagit Coin to sell a coin. I called and was told the expert would be there on a certain day, so I waited until then. I came in, waited about an hour for the expert to get done with a meeting (understandable) but then was told they were not interested because it was not real silver (didnt have a .999 stamp) when in fact I called up Bellingham Coin and Stamp and they knew exactly what coin I was talking about and had me come up to talk to them. It is authentic, and the manufacture doesnt make any of this coin that are not silver or gold. I will say all the employees were very nice, and understanding of my energetic kids, but I had to wait for the expert to get back from a meeting, and then got sent home with a "medallion" that is actually pure silver and Gold platting. I was just very disappointed.

very nice and very fair, brought in my coins to them and they gave me 25K the other shop wanted to give me 14K. So as you can see they are really giving the very best price to people that bring their items in for sale. Beware of anyone else paying top dollar for gold.
