Terrible Customer Service
Service was completely unacceptable. Housekeeper did half of job due to time constraints. Owner/manager promised a "re-do" for free, but is now ignoring emails and has been unable to re-schedule an appointment for multiple weeks. (but they are able to set up a new client immediately) Management has multiple excuses for shortcomings until now where they are just completely ignoring their previous committment of a free service.(I would have said that they fixed a problem had they been responsive and actually did what they promised)

Correct size of home was given upon first conversation, but somewhere it got miscommunicated (why would I lie about the size??). I emailed the company the very day after the incident happened and that is when I was provided a coupon for a free cleaning w/ a 3 month expiration (emails to prove this). The housekeeper did work hard and deserved her $20 tip, problem is that she couldn't finish that evening . The biggest problem came from management AFTER the initial cleaning. I received the free cleaning coupon one day after the incident happened and rescheduled my appointment for a few days later. The housekeeper arrived two hours late and then left without cleaning b/c his partner didn't show up. I have been trying ever since to reschedule, with multiple emails to "manager" being ignored. It's very unfortunate that you speak falsely about your customers the way you do..but it goes to show about your professionalis

This client called our company and told us that she had a two bedroom two bathroom/living room that needed to be cleaned. We quoted her a price from what she'd told our receptionist. Once the housekeeper arrived at the home she found out that the client had a seven room home not including the kitchen that the client wanted cleaned. So when the client doesn't tell the truth from the beginning that's a clear sign for more problems to follow. Had she'd been honest up front she might be crediable in making a statement against our company. Even though she gave us false information the housekeeper cleaned her home and at the end of the cleaning the client gave her a $20 tip. Now if your not satisfied with the work would you give a tip. She then contacted our company two weeks later wanting a redo. We are here to pleased the general public and we provide a great service, in the event that something was not done and the client is not happy they call us right a way and we send someone out the following day. We do not do a redo a month later that is considered a new cleaning and if you can go that long without someone coming out you are trying to get something for nothing. False accusations are a very ugly situation and please reseach information before posting things. Out of more than a thousand customers you will not be able to please everyone and this is the one that was untruthful from the very start and has such an unsatisfying life that she wants to rear uglyness. We do apologize for such lies but our company is great and has been in business for more than 30yrs and in Georgia for a year. Have a great day and we look forward to providing a great service to honest people that our willing to give our service a try. We guarentee you'll be satisfied.
