Alpharetta Location: Rude and incompetent front desk employee, would not honor a Groupon because of an unknown loophole, and when asked if I could use what I paid for the Groupon as cash toward any service I was denied and made to pay for the service out of my pocket even though Skin Matters had already been paid by Groupon for the item I purchased. Situation was handled poorly and I was treated with discontent. I will NEVER go back to Skin Matters and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the way I was treated. Groupon was the company that made the situation "right" not Skin Matters. They actually care about their customers.

This business is run terribly. in the 7 months I have been a customer they have lost my appts, moved locations (without notification), and have large technician turnover. I would spend your money elsewhere.

I get facials and massages quite often. This place was a nightmare. Do not bother buying a Groupon - the time you waste trying to schedule an appointment is not worth the coupon "savings."
