The service here is at best lack luster. By the way, the owner probably won't be reading this. In his own words "I don't care about any of the reviews people post about us". When I took my 2004 silver mercedes c230K, it came out with a damaged driver's side door handle. After filing a complaint the same day, no one responded to any of my return calls or emails for a month. I eventually had to physically show up and track down one of the employees who was finally able to set up an appointment with the owner. Only after I had to call back twice no less. If you've ever had an issue with your car being damaged at this car wash, don't expect ANYTHING from them. Based on several other reviews I've read, the owner seems to repeat himself a lot. "Basically all luxury cars are made like crap, including Mercedes, BMW's, etc". Yep, that's what he actually believes. I finally take my car in on Nov. 16, 2012 around 11.30am (yes, I want him to know who wrote this), and of course I get the same story, and on top of that, how he doesn't feel remotely responsible for the damage done to my car, and offers me some stupid car washes. Really? Car washes? He then proceeds to become a demeaning jerk. As we were talking, I glance at my phone for a few seconds as I'm expecting an important message, and then he says this...."Excuse me, I don't want to have a three way conversation with you and your phone, so please pay attention to me, or look at your phone". I purchased a discount deal for a Sky Wash service and frozen yogurt. While the wash itself was good, the service was horrible. When I pulled in, no one was there to explain where to go or what I was supposed to do. I pulled up to the where it looked like I should go and the gentleman instructed me to wait inside. No one said where my car would come out, how long it would take, who to tip, or anything about the frozen yogurt. When I went inside, I found that the frozen yogurt was not present. I'm not sure if this was because I arrived late in the day but perhaps that was the reason. I didn't really care about that but it would have been nice if someone had explained that or if there had been a sign... just something. I waited a bit for my car and they did a good job with that portion of the deal. I don't think I would pay $50 for it though, maybe $20? When I went to leave, I had to ask who to tip because there was no indication and no one said anything. Maybe they were rushed because it was the end of the day and everyone was tired but I definitely will not buy another deal to this place and I would never pay full price for their services.

This place is horrible and a total scam. Do not waste your money and get a detail here. They do not do half of what you pay for and try to hide it! The guy who washed my car went as far as to put the top down on my car when he brought it out to hide the fact that it was never washed and waxed as paid for. Furthermore, my car now smells like mold (it's a new car!!!!) and I have emailed them and tried to call (they conveniently only allow you to leave a message and their voice mail does not even work) to no avail. Do not put yourself through the hassle. I am in the process of getting my money back and will go as far a legal action for what they have done to my car.

It is unfortunate that most people do not read reviews before going to a car wash because innocent people like myself are victims of what I consider blatant negligence. This business has been reported to so many times for causing thousands of dollars worth of damage to cars and nothing is done about it. I bought one of their coupons and thought I was saving money. Not only was my car not clean a white streak of some kind of burned on wax appeared on my hood. They did not even try to deny it happening, they admitted it, but claimed that I signed a waiver that they are not responsible for any damage. Hard lesson to learn.

I bought a coupon-when you do so you are signing up for monthly service. i am usually careful about coupons .There is no way to contact anyone if you have a problem without going to the business-I did so was told someone would call within 48 hours. No one called . Looking at other reviews, this business has a history of unethical practices. i was told that the Loclly site and Sky are owned by the same person. I would strongly advise that Loclly abd Sky car wash be avoided at all cost or it will cost you a lot.

I've been to Sky Express Wash a total of three times now. The first two times were great...my car looked fantastic, didn't take too long and the service was friendly. Not to mention their waiting room is so much better than other run of the mill places. But during my last visit my the interior of my car could have used a little more attention. They were really busy so I didn't make a big deal of it and figured I'd just have my husband touch it up (hehe). But then a few days later I looked up my bank account and saw that I was double charged for the service. Needless to say I was upset. I called and sent an email and was thinking I would have to make a trip back up there to get it taken care of but just as I was starting to lose faith, the owner AND his assistant (Aimee?) contacted me to correct the problem. She was very sweet and they threw in a free wash for my next visit. Mistakes happen- and I'm very happy with the way Sky Express Wash handled my situation. I'll be back!!!!

Do NOT waste your money! You will get a $5.00 worth (ok maybe $10.00) and pay 29.99 or if you can barter, 21.99. Either way, I got what I was told would be a 29.99 in and out wash with vacuum and white walls. It looked like a poorly done, halfasss job! I gave them the benefit of the doubt bec/the first time was the same as this time!! NEVER AGAIN! There were still crumbs, dog hair, and stains throughout my car! I will say that they surface cleaned it for me. I had to further clean it myself and made it shine, like my 21.99 (29.99) should have been done!!!!! FRIGGIN HORRIBLE!!!!

Terrible business! Their machine ripped off my rear wiper and badly damaged my vehicle...I was told someone would contact me...never did...now they completely ignore multiple phone calls and e mails! Plus they charge $50 for a car wash you can get anywhere for 10-12 bucks! SKY EXPRESS SUCKS!

I have been to Sky Car Was a few times in the past and have to say I have always had a good experience. The attendants are friendly overall and the atmosphere is pleasant. Today was no exception. The valet took my car and I relaxed in their clean, comfortable lounge for about 30 minutes while the car was washed, vaccumed and the glass was cleaned. I typically pay less for a comparable car wash, but not much less and the other place doesn't have as nice of a waiting room. I would return for sure.

I just got the most amazing deal. My minivan looks as if I had it detailed, all for the cost of only a premium wash. I have 3 kids and a dog, and the interior of my minivan stays trashed. Standard car washes make the exterior look nice, but rarely do the car wash attendants vacuum the interior thoroughly, including the trunk well, or wipe all the fingerprint smudges from the inside of the windows. I can't believe how meticulous these guys were. There is not a fruit loop or French fry to be found anywhere inside my car! It is spotless. The entire wash took about 45 minutes. The attendant was courteous and went out of his way to remind me to help myself (and my toddler) to the frozen yogurt bar. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, flat screen TV's, and computers for my use while I waited. Later, another Sky employee offered to take my trash from my yogurt snack. The Starbuck's coffee, frozen yogurt, and home-baked cookies are free for Sky members. For those like me, who rarely splurge on a professional car wash, this one-time premium wash got my mini-van spic & span.

You get what you pay for. The Sky Express Car Wash is the definition of a premium car wash. If you're looking for a $2 do-it-yourself job, this is not the place. I went on a weekday afternoon and got the premium wash. I had just brought my Jeep back from a road trip and not only did they get the bugs out, the paint job looked better than when I bought it (which, admittedly was only a couple weeks ago). The interior is luxurious and includes leather chairs, modern tables, an expansive outdoor patio area and a frozen yogurt buffet, including something like 16 different toppings. My only complaints would be that it was almost impossible to find anyone to help us out once we were inside and it took forever to get the Jeep back, so make sure you have plenty of time if they're busy when you come in for a wash. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and my car looks really f-in good.

For starters, the word "Express" is misleading, as there is nothing remotely resembling express service with this Roswell based car wash. You need to be prepared to be here awhile, as the service takes a bit longer than most other comparably priced washes. The good news is, it is worth the wait. The facilities are attractive and clean, with yogurt bars and smoothie offerings, and soon (according to the sign) bakery goods and sandwiches to be offered. And the car wash? We'll we brought in a 2010 Dodge Avenger with about six months worth of dirt on it, and drove out with what looked like a brand new car. This was easily the best car wash I have ever gotten, and Sky Express attendants even took the time to remove the trunk mats to be cleaned, something I have never received elsewhere. If you live in the Roswell area, give Sky Express a try, you won't be disappointed!

Okay so i can finally say i have found a good carwash. i am an absolute car fanatic, neat freak, do anything for a clean car type of guy. I recently stumbled across Sky carwash in Alpharetta while running some errands. to say the least, i was so happy with my experience and the outcome of my car. I have a dog, a 3 year old, and do a lot of outdoor activities (which makes for a filthy car!) i paid somewhere around $45 for a full inside and out wash. I think it was called the premier wash. just to be able to sit, listen to good tunes, and eat some friggin yogurt while someone else did the work was great. these guys are machines! L felt like i was at car resort lol. Love it! I will definitely be back! i have read about 40 bad reviews about this place. i think sometimes when you sell thousands of 90% off car washes a hand full of those people are gonna be bad eggs.

I try to write fair reviews but when a business establishment's behavior is so egregious that all I can say is mostly negative things, then so be it. I guess the one positive is that the physical space they are in is pretty nice but that's it. They are slow and they don't listen. It took them 4 times to get my car right even though I had requested everything up front. They kept coming in to tell me my car was ready and each time, they had failed to do what I asked. Finally (the 4th time), after it was supposedly "done" they didn't even bother to let me know it was finished so I sat there for an additional 15-20 minutes before going out and asking what was taking so long. The young guy (who seriously could not have cared less) just said, "Oh, sorry." I was there almost 2 hours. I think this is a front for some other business because I have no idea how they can stay in business treating customers so poorly. Anyway, my car isn't even clean! There's still dirt and dust all over the dashboard. And, they put the car mats in wrong so I had to spend an additional 10 minutes repositioning those. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER!!!!! Oh, and Sky: Don't even bother responding with your canned response that you appear to use/re-use over and over with each unhappy customer. You apparently have ENOUGH unhappy customers that instead of spending time on Kudzu, you might want to focus instead on how you ACTUALLY treat your customers.

As a car wash they are fine and they get the job done. The problem I have is with their detailing and the coupons that they sell advertising a $729 detail for $100. All I can say is for $100 you get a bad vacuum and a car wax, it really wasn't worth it all saying that it is worth $729 is a complete scam. You are far better off paying $200+ to an independent detailer and getting a fantastic detail on your car.
