The service here is at best lack luster. By the way, the owner probably won't be reading this. In his own words "I don't care about any of the reviews people post about us". When I took my 2004... silver mercedes c230K, it came out with a damaged driver's side door handle. After filing a complaint the same day, no one responded to any of my return calls or emails for a month. I eventually had to physically show up and track down one of the employees who was finally able to set up an appointment with the owner. Only after I had to call back twice no less. If you've ever had an issue with your car being damaged at this car wash, don't expect ANYTHING from them. Based on several other reviews I've read, the owner seems to repeat himself a lot. "Basically all luxury cars are made like crap, including Mercedes, BMW's, etc". Yep, that's what he actually believes. I finally take my car in on Nov. 16, 2012 around 11.30am (yes, I want him to know who wrote this), and of course I get the same story, and on top of that, how he doesn't feel remotely responsible for the damage done to my car, and offers me some stupid car washes. Really? Car washes? He then proceeds to become a demeaning jerk. As we were talking, I glance at my phone for a few seconds as I'm expecting an important message, and then he says this...."Excuse me, I don't want to have a three way conversation with you and your phone, so please pay attention to me, or look at your phone". I purchased a discount deal for a Sky Wash service and frozen yogurt. While the wash itself was good, the service was horrible. When I pulled in, no one was there to explain where to go or what I was... supposed to do. I pulled up to the where it looked like I should go and the gentleman instructed me to wait inside. No one said where my car would come out, how long it would take, who to tip, or anything about the frozen yogurt. When I went inside, I found that the frozen yogurt was not present. I'm not sure if this was because I arrived late in the day but perhaps that was the reason. I didn't really care about that but it would have been nice if someone had explained that or if there had been a sign... just something. I waited a bit for my car and they did a good job with that portion of the deal. I don't think I would pay $50 for it though, maybe $20? When I went to leave, I had to ask who to tip because there was no indication and no one said anything. Maybe they were rushed because it was the end of the day and everyone was tired but I definitely will not buy another deal to this place and I would never pay full price for their services.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

We tried to calling and emailing them requesting follow up. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED US. Michael Ferguson, is the owner, he treated us in a very unprofessional manner. His businesses practices do not involve resolving customer issues. Having owned our own business for over 20 years, we were very disappointed to see how he represents himself as a business owner.

A friend referred me to this place and I bought a coupon ($9 on halfoffdepot.com) for a premium car wash and service that is retail priced $45) When I got there, they first tried to sell me a waxing service that was priced $60( i think) that I refused. After the car wash and premium cleaning was completed, I was surprised to find the cup holders on the dash board and certain other areas were not cleaned at all. When I showed the problem areas, they cleaned them up in a hurry.. On my drive back, I felt the interiors were not vacuumed well either.. I had driven approx 10 miles to get my car cleaned here.. I wasn't satisfied. A very mediocre service.

Spoke to the owner finally and he explained his business model. They do not communicate via phone in most cases.I missed the small print on the coupon I purchased about booking online. After I use the service I will write an actual review of the service,value etc....

I have not posted on Kudzu for a long time but this place just bothers me. I bought a series of coupons online for this place and barely think it is worth it at the coupon price of $9.00. They do a terrible job of wiping off the jambs among othere things and act like you are inconveniencing them when you ask them to wipe it down. They are average at best. I cannot even fathom paying the retail price for the premium wash, which is $45. There are so many other places that do a great job for half the price around this area. My advice, go somewhere else.

If you are using a coupon here, they do a poor job of washing car. Rims were dirty, water spots all over, insides weren't cleaned. If you pay more they do a better job, but don't expect much if you come in there with a coupon.

Kudos to everyone for writing in! A businesses reputation is everything. A lot of negative posts here, huh readers?! Personally I have honestly heard (word of mouth) more negative things about Sky than positive. Further, the owner has a poor reputation as well. I have consistently heard negative things about his attitude towards customers and employees.(cocky and rude) I think the guys up front try to do a good job, but there is some sort of pressure on them to sell the 'memberships' that makes the whole experience so unnattractive. And the computers and yogurt don't make up for it! Especially since everyone has smartphones. I rarely see anyone at those computers any more. Regarding the quality of the wash...I have never been overly thrilled and have just come to accept less than stellar service. I'm just enduring it, til my Groupons are used up. And SKY....please don't even bother replying to this post. It won't make a difference. You actions and reputation have already spoken louder than any words could.

I get better quality from the $4 drive thru car wash!! Thought we were getting a deal by purchasing $9 Groupon's for the premium wash...NOT! When i brought it to the so-called manager's attention that the wash job's were horrible, he so kindly reminded me that I only paid $9 for the wash so he could not just re-do the wash valued at $47.99...he said, and i quote "that's like paying $30 for a $150 detail and wanting us to do it twice." So, if you're looking to waste money and time and have a pointless conversation with a rude and argumentative CASHIER...then rush down to SKY WASH!

ANY other car wash would be cheaper and provide better service. Don't say you weren't warned. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen anywhere... and if you signed up for the monthly "membership", you should expect to have at least a few hundred bucks ripped off you whether you try to cancel or not. I had two vehicles on my account and it took over 6 months to get my name off their monthly billing list (after calling and going up there time and time again!)... not to mention they kepy emailing me "Sky's Daily Deals"...Like I would EVER want to have ANYTHING to do with them again!!! My friend and I both signed up at the same time and we both got ripped off. DO NOT GO HERE!! Think about it.... if they were great at what they did, why would have feel the need to lock people down to a membership program??? Seriously, just go to a Mr. Clean's or something.... they're great! It's such a relief to be going to a car wash knowing that I'll be treated with respect and my car will actually be clean AND I won't be "accidentally" billed month after month. P.S. I'm positive all the good reviews of this place was written by the owner... If the owner himself has to write fake reviews, you KNOW this place is crap!

My wife & I have been "members" of the Sky Car Wash family for nearly a year. We were spending $80 a month and tried hard to get at least 4 car washes. Not always easy. I have a couple of issues with Sky in general... one, they are not very customer focused most of the time. Sure, every now and then you will find someone that is going that extra step to make you happy, but they usually just go through the motions. The quality is generally acceptable. We terminated our contract when my wife had a gate clicker stolen or misplaced when her car was washed in November. I reported it to Sky and was told that the owner would contact me within two weeks. That never happened. I was annoyed that we would have a $35 clicker vanish from the car and nobody seemed to care. We terminated our contract not long after that, but were forced to pay for an extra month. I will not go back!

I will have to add to the comment I just posted b/c I just read some of the nasty notes some have chosen to post about this organization and/or the people that work there. I am SHOCKED that anyone can say anything in a negative light about this place and especially about any of the peoople that work there. SHOCKED. I have always been treated with utmost respect by EVERYONE there and the management has gone out of their way to let me know I am a valued customer of theirs. I am a single mother of 2 young children... so I do not have time for poor workmanship or lack of customer focus. I have very high expectatons and I 'demand' to get what I am paying for...if not 'more'... This establishment is a car wash that makes me feel like I am at Nordstroms shopping for my shoes! I am shown much consideration and respect. I think some of the folks that have posted such hateful comments have bigger things going on in their lives that they are bitter over b/c I have never seen anything but positive attitudes and incredible customer focus at Sky! It frustrates me to see that management feels the need to respond to such negativity... and how humbling for them to do so!! It is yet another example of how much they care about their customers!!! That they would take the time to respond to such statements. Good for them!

Heed the warnings that other reviewers have placed on here. I wish I had read these reviews before I brought my car to this establishment. The positive reviews were most likely were written by the owner to combat all these negative reviews. This is the worst place I have ever done business with. Your car is much too expensive of an investment to trust to this business. I thought I was getting a deal paying $9 for this wash. It is the most costly mistake I have made in a long time.

If I could give this place negative stars I would have. I brought my 2010 Camaro SS in on the 4th of September and just got it back from MY insurance company after getting the repairs done due to Sky Car Wash's either faulty equipment or personnel who just don't care. If the work ethic follows the example of the supposed "Owner" Michael Johnson/Ferguson (whatever his name is as he wouldn't provide his details), then no wonder.... My wife & I took our 2008 H2 & my car to get a super outside detail. It was immaculate without any scratches & we made the check-in guy verify that there were no scratches or dents before they took our vehicles. When they were done my wife left in her truck behind me & we weren't able to do a full walk through to make sure there was nothing wrong becasue they were backed up & needed the space. 2 min after pulling away, my wife noticed something on my rear bumper. She called me & immedaitely pulled over. Much to my surprise there was a 12" scratch deep in the paint & some other minor abrasions. I immediately attempted to call Sky & no one answered the phone on multiple attempts so I went back & was told that only the owner could address my concern. I waited over an hour & a half for him to show up with an atitude and dicatate to me how this was going to work and that if I filed a police report he would not "investigate" the issue. He also said that he would not allow the police on his premises & that it was private property.

Sky Wash is just a great place to get your car washed. Firstly, the waiting area is the nicest of any carwash I have been to. There are computers to use while you wait, plus, they just added a frozen yogurt place inside. All this is even better because the subscription service means you can stop by for a quick wash anytime (depending on which plan you have).
