The service here is at best lack luster. By the way, the owner probably won't be reading this. In his own words "I don't care about any of the reviews people post about us". When I took my 2004... silver mercedes c230K, it came out with a damaged driver's side door handle. After filing a complaint the same day, no one responded to any of my return calls or emails for a month. I eventually had to physically show up and track down one of the employees who was finally able to set up an appointment with the owner. Only after I had to call back twice no less. If you've ever had an issue with your car being damaged at this car wash, don't expect ANYTHING from them. Based on several other reviews I've read, the owner seems to repeat himself a lot. "Basically all luxury cars are made like crap, including Mercedes, BMW's, etc". Yep, that's what he actually believes. I finally take my car in on Nov. 16, 2012 around 11.30am (yes, I want him to know who wrote this), and of course I get the same story, and on top of that, how he doesn't feel remotely responsible for the damage done to my car, and offers me some stupid car washes. Really? Car washes? He then proceeds to become a demeaning jerk. As we were talking, I glance at my phone for a few seconds as I'm expecting an important message, and then he says this...."Excuse me, I don't want to have a three way conversation with you and your phone, so please pay attention to me, or look at your phone". I purchased a discount deal for a Sky Wash service and frozen yogurt. While the wash itself was good, the service was horrible. When I pulled in, no one was there to explain where to go or what I was... supposed to do. I pulled up to the where it looked like I should go and the gentleman instructed me to wait inside. No one said where my car would come out, how long it would take, who to tip, or anything about the frozen yogurt. When I went inside, I found that the frozen yogurt was not present. I'm not sure if this was because I arrived late in the day but perhaps that was the reason. I didn't really care about that but it would have been nice if someone had explained that or if there had been a sign... just something. I waited a bit for my car and they did a good job with that portion of the deal. I don't think I would pay $50 for it though, maybe $20? When I went to leave, I had to ask who to tip because there was no indication and no one said anything. Maybe they were rushed because it was the end of the day and everyone was tired but I definitely will not buy another deal to this place and I would never pay full price for their services.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

It took an hour and 20 minutes for a regular interior/exterior wash through the automatic washer! Granted it was a Saturday, but that is still over twice as long as I would have ever waited during the peak hours at Cactus. Sky was woefully understaffed for a predictably busy day. It was infuriating to see how slowly their staff moved. It was like they were in slow motion. At any given time over half this crew could be seen just standing around, staring into a trunk, or moving very slowly between vehicles. It was just unbelievable. At any one of their competitors the staff are like a swarm of bees knocking the job out fast. Apparently Sky will stop working on your car to start working on a "member's" car, so mine sat there for 20 minutes stretches, on a couple of occasions, without anyone touching it. Other reviewers mentioned that they only give fancy cars good attention, but I drive a new Mercedes-Benz SLK convertible, and it made no difference whatsoever! When they were finally done, the first thing I noticed were dirty spots all over the back. When I complained to the driver about the slow service and the spots, he just made excuses about how busy they were and that I should come on a weekday. No apology, no attempt to make me a satisfied customer! It was a shockingly bad experience from beginning to end. The $17.95 deal at Cactus is FAR superior in every way!

Dear LeLe11, We're very saddened to hear of your disappointing experience at Sky. We value your feedback and care about what our customers think of our quality and customer service, which we hold to be the cornerstones of our premium wash experience. We would love the opportunity to make it up to you by giving you a wash that meets your expectations in terms of time and quality. Again, we're sorry to hear that we failed you, and would love to make you a happy customer. Regards, Sky
I will begin saying that the customer service was average. The men were polite and fast. However, the cleaning of my car I was not happy with. After they completed the work, I inspected it with one of the workers and found many areas they did not clean. There were quite a few bugs left on the front, dirt spots that they hadnt cleaned, and tires not shining. He told me that you usually have to come 2-3 times in order for the car to be spotless and really clean. I have a white car so I make sure to keep it cleaned to avoid paint stains so I knew this was just a half job being done. If you are looking for a quick wash to knock some of the dirt off, i'd recommend this place.

Dear jnikole, We're sad to hear that we disappointed you. We hold the quality of our washes as a number one priority, and it sounds as though we fell short of both your and our expectations. We would love the opportunity to make it right, so let us know if we can turn you into a happy customer. Regards, Sky
Its too bad you can't give less than 1 star. Do not sign up for the monthly plan. They will charge you even when you cancel. Do not try to dispute it with them, they will take the word of the employee over the customer. Horrible customer service and very overpriced car wash. Put $5 in a gas station car wash and get the same result, only quicker.

Dear afretwell, We're saddened to hear that you had a disappointing experience with our car wash. We strive to ensure that all of our members are aware of our standard 30 day cancellation policy. We try to offer our customers the lowest prices possible, given the amount of time and materials that we put into making your car/truck look like new. We want the chance to make you a happy customer again, so let us know if we can put our customer service to the test for you again. Regards, Sky
I purchased a monthly plan only to cancel it the next month. I canceled in person prior to the end date only to have my credit card still charged the next month. I called in and they told me to submit my cancelation receipt which I did only to have them now not credit my account or even call me back. I'm having to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This hassel is not worth an over priced car wash. Is this the only way they can make money is by charging people. Be careful to watch your credit card statement. This could be happening to you.

Dear Chicago01, We're very sorry to hear that you had a disappointing customer service experience with Sky. We will be glad to work closely with you to resolve any remaining issues you may have with your billing. At Sky, we treat customer service as an essential aspect of our customers' car wash experience. Unfortunately, it sounds as if we have failed you in this case. We would love the opportunity to regain your loyalty and satisfaction. Let us know if we can make you a happy customer again. Regards, Sky
Sky is my preferred choice in car washes. I have had my car washed their for years. Newer car washes popped up around town and I tried to go there but didn't like the "car wash" feel. I prefer Sky for their detailed customer service, clean look, cozy waiting area and consistency with service. Of I am not going to hand wash my car myself, I would prefer to go somewhere I can trust. The team members at Sky are personable and will know you after a few visits. I appreciate the small town feel in such a busy community.

My family and friends have been going to Sky since they opened approximately 8 years ago. The employees are professional ,educated, and extremely well mannered. It is obvious their passion is taking excellent care of cars as well as their customers. We always used to get our cars hand washed but we no longer need to since the tunnel at Sky Wash is even more gentle on the car. "Unlimited Washes" is an incredible value as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SKY WASH!!!

I took my 2008 Mercedes Benz there on Friday, October 10, 2008. It was a sunny day and I didn't have time to wash it myself, so I tried this place for the first time. They have cameras everywhere and instruct you to DRIVE SLOW, as they are supposedly inspecting your car for damage, so you can't create phony reports. I pulled up expecting to pay around $20 bucks, but they guy talked me into the $34.99 wash and assured me that they do a real good job. I told them NOT to touch the inside windows, but he said that they would do them really good. I should NOT have listened to him..as they were all streaky...so I had to RE-DO all interior windows myself to FIX what they did. They also used some chemical that PHYSICALLY DISCOLORED the rubber seals around my windows and door jams. I had to use MAJOR elbow grease and some Mother's Back to Black to get it the way it was BEFORE I took it to them. I also had soap scum spots on the car from where the "low paid" wiper dudes must have missed. The car sat in my garage on Saturday and Sunday, but when I went out to the car on Monday, I noticed a scratch on the rear quarter panel that WAS NOT THERE before I took it to them. They have signs everywhere saying that damage MUST be inspected BEFORE you leave..to cover their a$$es. They also charged a hidden "green" fee of nearly $4, claiming that they recycle their water due to drought conditions. STAY AWAY unless you are like me, and paid $40 to have them MESS UP your car!!

Dear BlisterPAC, We're very sad to hear that you had a disappointing experience with us. We take immense pride in our quality, and are very disappointed to hear that it was not up to your standards or ours. If you feel that any damage was caused to your vehicle at our facilities, we will be glad to discuss it with you to reach a resolution. Our $2.99 Clean and Green fee allows us to recycle 100% of the water that we use to wash your cars. This saves countless gallons of water, and gives our environment a little bit of a break. Again, we'd be glad to work with you to solve any uncertainties, and would love the opportunity to make you a happy customer by making up for your last wash. Regards, Sky
After selecting "Premium Wash", their most expensive interior and exterior service; our car was visibly unclean. When we tried to bring this to their attention, we were told that it is our fault that our car was so dirty; that they would not be making money if they paid so much time and attention to every customer; and it is our fault that we had a very high expectation of the service.

Dear Surjit, We're sad to hear that you had a disappointing experience with us. We take our quality and our customers' satisfaction very seriously, so we'd love to make it up to you. We'd love to work with you to fix the problem. Regards, Sky
I had made a reservation for a detail which i was told was $279.99 and that i needed to give my credit card to secure the reservation. As I have had other places require this for holding time reserved I thought nothing of it. I made my reservation on the phone. A week later I changed my mind and cancelled my reservation on the phone. No mention was made to me at all that THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD THE FULL AMOUNT when you book, and if you want your $279.99 refunded YOU HAVE TO DRIVE OVER THERE AND HAND THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! I contacted my CC and disputed it, and they were no help as i had given them the card on the phone. I live 30 mins away and had to waste my time to drive there which i didn't have to do when i made the reservation! THe manager told me THAT IS THEIR POLICY. Well its my policy to expose them all over the place so I register this on any and all websites to warn other people of this ridiculous policy that they can take your CC on the phone but you have to walk in with it to get a refund for a cancelled reservation which is disrespectful of your clients time and intelligence.
