Slope's BBQ

IMHO, this is the best bbq I have had in a very long time!Have tried many items from the menu and have always been happy with what I get

This is your average BBQ place. Nothing special, but decent enough.

The sandwich was good with plenty of meat, but seemed more like chipped up pork roast rather than real pulled pork BBQ. Also, the regular size sandwich would've been fine rather than the "jumbo" I ordered. Consensus of our table was that the slaw was fine, baked beans okay, brunswick stew pretty good and sweet tea average.

I was craving BBQ the other day and my hubby and I decided to stop in here on a whim. The food was so good! We both had pulled pork, I also had baked beans, potato salad and a cornbread muffin. The sides were especially good. My hubby loved their fresh pork cracklin's.

The BBQ is really good. The magic is in their homemade sides though. Go ahead and get a veggie plate with 4 sides. You won't be sorry.
