Our home warranty company dispatched Smallwood to repair a plumbing leak in our ceiling. The technicians arrived on time and worked very quickly. Overall, a very no-hassle, professional job. Thanks!

I was directed to Smallwood through my home warranty company. My first appointment was cancelled due to an "emergency". I was given an appointment for three days later not including weekends. Thirty minutes after my appointment time, I called and was told that a plumber had not shown up because my home warranty company had not submitted needed information. Upon speaking to my home warranty company, I was told that the fax needed had been sent and received by Smallwood. When the warranty company called, they were told Smallwood would not be able to fit me on the schedule for that day. Awful service. Their moto is "We don't want one time clients." How do they get any clients at all with such service.

Water was leaking into my apartment suite onto my furniture, I had left the faucet dripping due to below freezing temps, it was a one piece faucet with pull out sprayer. Ray & Paul came out inspected everything found the leak was a simple gasket issue instead of frozen & busted pipe, I only paid my warranty deductible instead. Thanks for being honest instead of telling me I had a busted pipe & they were professional & prompt.

Smallwoods was recommended by our Home Warrenty co. They charged us 395.00 to fix our sprinkler system. When we turned it on, it was still leaking. They wanted to charge us another 295 to fix it! Should have been fixed the first time!!

William came out to my house and was very polite and helpful. I had a problem with my water heater and he even took the time to show me how to fix it if it should ever happen again. I will call them again for any plumbing help I ever need. Thanks William!

Recently I had need for a plumber and through happenstance was steered to Smallwood Plumbing and I am glad I was. My problem was a burst water pipe in an exterior wall of my home. In a short period of time, Smallwood sent a qualified plumber who was both professional and caring. Although the plumber needed to saw through my home siding to fix the problem, he did so trying to minimize the damage. Also, instead of simply fixing the problem and leaving, he took the extra time and effort to insure the problem would not return. He repaired the pipe, insulated the void between the wall and pipes and replaced the siding within a two hour period. His workmanship was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending these plumbers. In fact, I intend to use them on a future home remodeling project.
