What a releif !
Outstanding Job! Our dog was well behaved but could not be out of the house or fenced yard or she would run off. Kim worked with our dog as well as our family to develop the training to allow freedom, trust and confidence needed to now have a "perfect pet". Her positive, lovng approach made training our dog simple and fun. Our dog truely loves her and is allways ready to go with her when we to board.

Outstanding Business Provider
I would not use anyone other than Kim for obedience training and/or boarding. She is truly a gift to pet owners and of course pets! SmartCritters is always only a phone call away anytime you need them. Kim's patience, high degree of professionalism and skills/knowledge made our dog training experience simple and concise. Our family thinks the world of Kim and SmartCritters and wouldn't let our pets stay with anyone else.

Dogs Best Friend!
Kim is awesome! Not only does she do a great job training the pets, but she does great with the owners too. She's great at helping to solve problems and just fine-tuning small things that you may overlook. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to care for my dogs!

A+ Training service
Smartcritters has helped us welcome a new "all-day-toddler and trouble" puppy to our home. They seem to really understand what a family with young children deal with when it comes to a new pet and they have given us simple training tools and provided numerous techniques in dealing with difficult behavior. I can't say enough positive comments about our experience.

Peace of Mind
Kim worked with our dog as well as each member of the family.
Our dog loves her!
When I had questions after sessions and even now - - Kim answers quickly by email or by phone.
