My husband and I are expecting our first child soon. We were overwhelmed at the array of options available in car seats, cribs, strollers, etc. The owner of SmartMomma was extremely helpful in guiding us to the products that would best serve our needs. She was also very friendly and professional, and her products are very competitively priced. However, I do think they have some issues managing deliveries of some items. We put in an order for a crib and were told that it would take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. We planned the remodel of our nursery to coordinate with those delivery times. However, a little over a week later, we received a call that our crib was in. To make matters worse, we were informed that the warehouse would only hold the items for 10 days. Since the nursery wasn't ready yet, I asked SmartMomma if we could delay the delivery. Many miscommunications later, we had the crib delivered before construction was completed, a full MONTH after the crib first arrived in the warehouse. Had we been told of the 10 day limit upfront, we would've planned accordingly and saved a lot of headache and time. That being said, the owner is very kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the products--just double check the delivery estimates of furniture and plan accordingly.
