I arrived at my cleaning appointment went through all the xrays and gum depth probing as a new patient and was told I could not get my cleaning I would need a deep cleaning and they would not do a regular cleaning while I was there. It had to be a deep cleaning or nothing! I wasted an hour out of my work day and never got my teeth cleaned.

2/3 of my visits resulted in a problem. The hygienist was sick on my first visit, which I didn't know until I was sitting in the waiting room, and came back a second time to complete my preventive care. The second went fine, and decided to come back for a third cleaning. Not only did they give me fluoride without explaining it's not covered by my insurance, they "found" a cavity. I got a second opinion from a family friend the next day, who said there wasn't one. Overall, I question Smiles' dedication to customer service and ethics; I'm convinced the "cavity" was to pay for the faulty machine that "found" it. Even if they are covered with your plan, go somewhere else because Smiles cannot be trusted.

I made sure i paid every thing i was asked to pay, and i didn't receive any bill, 1 year later i see collection on my account. Office don't even talk to me what is the amount due about and want me to talk to collection agency.

It is at Smiles on Main!! Starting with an informative and up beat staff who made the transition from my previous dental office amazingly easy. Both Dr. Nagar and our friendly Hygentist showed compassion and understanding of our families needs and future dental care. Beautiful office with beautiful people!

I've been going to Dr. Patel for 5 years and I will not go to another dentist if I can help it. He and his staff are caring,compassionate and they really take the time to listen to the needs of their patients. Dr. Patel is also very knowledgeable of new techniques that are ever changing in the dental field. Give them a try if you're looking for a great dentist. You won't be disappointed.
