No rules. Additional charges.
Run away from this family (no, they are not a company but a family) if you don't want to be surprised with additional charges. They seem to not stick to their invoice. They also grinded a stump but I had to call another company to do it again.
I used Boutte Tree next time and couldn't be a happier with professional services and even paid less money.
