I have had two experiences with Smyrna Tire. In Jan. '15 I purchased two Uniroyal tires along with a four wheel alignment. Less than 7 months later I notice steel threads sticking out of the inner tread. I returned to Smyrna Tire and was assisted by Jason. He initially seemed concerned and asked me to leave the car. They pro-rated the cost of the tires but asked me to pay for additional labor? Jason had the audacity to accuse me of driving my Buick off road? His tone and professionalism are lacking. I reluctantly agreed to pay $50 and left. I previously had dealt with Mike who was pleasant. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

The crew at Smyrna Tire consulted with me about several different tire brands after assessing the driving for my particular truck. They gave me affordable options after understanding my budget range, and gave me the best price I could find from four different vendors. I was pleased to drop off my truck and have it serviced at the time of the appointment and completed within a reasonable time. I felt I was given an honest deal. Overall, a great job!

I've had at least 3 sets of tires replaced at Smyrna Tire, each time with speed, professionalism and most importantly, a great price. I don't even shop around because I know they are going to have a competitive price and will stand behind their work if there are any problems. They don't try and oversell you and run an honest business. I would definitely recommend them for tires and brakes.

I took my car to Smyrna Tire when my brakes starting squeaking. Mike and his staff quickly determined there was nothing wrong with my brakes, they just needed to clean some brake dust that had built up. Smyrna Tire did not charge me anything and when I tried to buy the guys lunch, Mike said just remember us next time you need your car worked on. Smyrna Tire is an honorable company with a great staff.

I came in thinking I needed an alignment or balance. They noted one of my tires was severly worn. That's what had been causing the shaking/wobbling in the steering wheel. I only noticed it when driving on the highway. I needed 2 new tires. They quoted a decent price, no additional fees. It was 50 minutes till closing time and there was a long line ahead of me but I was out of there in about 20 minutes. Now I know why the crowd kept coming. They know their stuff and provided a quick friendly service.

I used to live in Smyrna and went to these guys for 20 years. I've moved to Acworth and believe me when it comes time to replace my tires I'll make the drive back to them. They're honest, professional, good people. The type of folks you could recommend to take care of your Mom / future Mother-in-law to be if you wanted to impress them.

I recently had a bad customer service experience and it caused me to think about the companies I do business with that I love. I only thought of 3 and Smyrna Tire is one of them. The great service I have received from 1997-Present over 10 years from Smyrna Tire makes me thankful that I can spend a little of my time share with others in the local community. I used to shop around for the best price when I needed tires, I soon found out that that was a waste of my time. After shopping around several times Smyrna Tire was always the best. I continue to visit them for any of my tire or maintenance needs now that I live 20+ miles away. When ever friends mention needing tires I immediately try to send them to Smyrna tire. Some times it takes them a few years before they take my suggestion but eventually they do and they too turn into life long Smyrna Tire customers. It is rare that I go by and they are not jam packed with cars on the lot, many would be afraid it would take forever to get in and out with new tires. I have never waited more then 30min to get in and out. I was not asked to write this review, I don't work for them. Stop in and see Mike and the rest of the guys for a great experience from a local 2nd generation family owned company.

When I called, they told me what they thought the problem was, and they were spot on. They said they were busy that day, but I was in and out in under an hour. They gave me a good price, and the service couldn't have been better.

This place won't win any beauty contests. I've used them for about 10yrs & never once have I waited more than 20minutes to have my tires replaced. Why have a giant waiting room w/all the amentities if your customers don't have to wait? It's a family business & they take pride in their work & truly want repeat business. I've moved & I will happily drive to them. Can't beat the prices or the quality of service.

I have purchased tires at Smyrna Tire several times. They always have competitive prices and prompt, courteous service. This last time I bought tires, they were $10/tire less than at a discount warehouse!
