Absoluetly Amazing Architect
John's ideas, innovation and careful planning helped make my new master suite addition amazing! He was able to take my vision, add to it and create the perfect space for me. I loved working with him. He walked me through every step of the process, patiently answered all of my questions and was there in a moment every time I called on him. His plan made the construction process run so much more efficiently and timely. My master suite would not have turned out as beautifully as it did and exactly to my specifications if it had not been for John. He helped to make the whole process a seemless one.

Attic Renovation
John really listens and develops creative solutions that work in the classic bungalows. He was always mindful of our budget and knew how to make the most of our attic renovation keeping within that budget. He is responsive and met with us at every step of the design process always making sure our input was incorporated into the design. He even personally took me through the permitting process. John knew what the City of Atlanta was looking for and he respectfully dealt with them making the process smooth and trouble free. John is genuinely a good person who really cared about our project and I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks for an architect for a home addition or renovation project.

Creative, efficient design for a small space
John Smyth of Smyth Property Solutions created the architectural plans for an apartment in the second story of a detached garage. The plans made excellent use of the small space. Now that it is complete, you can see John's vision and creativity in the final product.
