I did the two week free trial. If you're at all interested in Snap then do the trial. There is absolutely no hard sell when you show up. They have you sign an injury waiver and give you a very brief tour and answer questions. I was working out in less than 5 minutes. I never once got pressured to join. In the end I decided to not join since my wife wanted to keep working out at the Y. But I would have considered joining. Pros: cost; convenience; clean; small; no waiting for machines. Cons: The Matrix brand equipment. This was my only gripe. Just go and see for yourself. Maybe you'll be fine with them. To me they reminded me of machines from 20 years ago. The ellipticals do not have an incline adjustment. Really. The treadmills don't have the braking that most do. So if you're going 6.0 miles an hour and then adjust it down to 3.0 it takes a while for it to adjust. Most treadmills take about 5 seconds to do that. Also wasn't crazy about some of the Matrix weight machines. Seemed rickety compared to Cybex equipment.

My fiancee and I joined this gym about 2 months ago and also 2 of my neighbors have joined as well. We LOVE it! The staff is wonderful! I have gotten to know Kevin and Stephen VERY well since I am going 5 days a week and have been training with Kevin. This gym is also EXTREMELY clean which is very important to me as well. I love the fact that it is an environment where I am getting to know other neighbors and people who have joined. It doesn't feel like the other gyms I have been members of in the past, where I felt like no one knew me or cared (and they didn't). The owner and everyone else there knows me by name and they make me feel welcome. The rates are great and there is no contract. I can not say enough nice things about it!

My wife and I just rode by there this evening because we're looking for a gym in the neighborhood. We saw people inside and wanted to get some information on the gym. We knocked on the door and the staff person who opened it made it clear to us that the office closes at 8 (it was 8:30) and rudely explained that we needed to come back tomorrow if we needed some information. When we asked for a pamphlet, he pointed to the tray next to the door and again rudely explained that we needed to come back tomorrow if we wanted more info. For a gym looking for new members in the neighborhood, this didn't seem like a good way to treat potential customers. We won't be joining and If anyone asks about the gym, I'm going to tell them about my experience.

This gym is new, has great equipment, and the place is always spotless. I live about 4 miles from this gym and I love it. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a gym with a non-intimidating atmosphere and all new equipment.

I've been a member of a lot of gyms, but this one is the best one yet! The things I love about it are that it's 24/7, it's not crowded, and I didn't have to commit to a contract. It's clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, and it's a great buy!
