We were hosting a large party Saturday of Memorial Day weekend when our 30 year old downstairs AC decided to give up the ghost that morning. We called a few places and Snappy was the only company who... could get a tech out to us. John was the tech and here in no time. He had bad news about our unit but explained the situation and our options. Very professional, beyond knowledgable and friendly. We decided to buy a new AC and John was kind enough to give us a freon charge to last us through the party. Rod came out yesterday and installed our new unit. He's a great young man whose customer service and work ethic was very impressive. Now we're sitting cool. We also signed up for the HPP. I had to have my AC worked on, and the guy came out and suggested that an electrician come out as well. The electrician came out within 10 minutes! Very knowledgeable guys. They also explain things to you in plain English. I will definetly use them again.

A technician came to my house last night for an a/c evaluation. Upon arrival, & my initial encounter with him (five minutes after receiving the call that he was already there), he displayed a terrible attitude & unprofessional disposition the entire time he was at my home. He was rude, discourteous & demeaning, even going so far as to tell me "I don't have to tell you anything, you don't own the place". Despite "company policy" that he could not discuss the diagnostics after assessing the a/c, & a refusal to talk to me about what was wrong with the unit because I rent rather than own the home, he became disgruntled when I refused to sign the acknowledgment form confirming that he had performed the eval. If discussing the diagnostics with me is against company policy, why was I being asked to sign the paperwork? This guy literally waved me off as if to dismiss me, got in his van, and drove off in a huff! His behavior was extremely unprofessional and a poor representation of the company. I won't ever use their services again & have requested that my landlord use another company solely because of his actions. It was determined after a conversation with his supervisor, that perhaps he was upset because he had to wait on my arrival to the house. Unfortunately, I wasn't contacted w/an estimated time of arrival until he was already there & he apparently waited for me longer than he felt was appropriate & brought his attitude with him into my home. No excuse for his behavior.
Let me first state that I apologize that you feel you received less than 100% customer satisfaction. I would then like to mention this is the first negative remark toward your technician since he has been working for the company. In fact he receives high reviews on all of his follow up calls from our office, which we perform after every service call. As we spoke late Friday night about the matter, it is company policy for technicians to discuss pricing and repair matters with ONLY the homeowner. It is also company policy for technicians to forward all confrontational matters to managers instead of discussing on-site with tenants. Once the conversation was getting out of control between yourself and our technician about having no air conditioning for the Holiday weekend we felt it was more productive to discuss all matters with the homeowner. After speaking with the homeowner she approved the repairs and we scheduled accordingly. I will also state the homeowner on the other hand had nothing but high marks for Collin and how he handled the situation. Again I truly apologize for any negative feelings you experienced from our company policies and procedures. I believe it may have been a misunderstanding of our company regulations coupled with the fact you had been without air conditioning in your home for a couple of days. ~Adam Bunyard-General Manager~
Was very pleased with my experience with Snappy. They were at my house within an hour of my call - which was great considering my A/C was out. The service was very professional and it was fixed within 3 hrs. I would use them again and recommend them!

I HIGHLY recommend Snappy!! Long story short we called a different company that didn't find or fix our solution and customer service was not that great. Called Snappy and our guy was knowledgeable, nice, detailed and just overall great! He was at the house for hours trying to find the root cause where the other company was in and out. Love them!!

My husband called Snappy Electric several weeks ago about an electrical problem that we were having. The electrician was an extremely polite man who explained the problem in detail. The cost was very affordable and the problem was fixed in a short time frame. While he was there, we asked him about our a/c unit and he was able to have someone come look at it very quickly. We had a pool and outdoor kitchen installed and Snappy did the electrical and the plumbing. The gentlemen that did the work were always on time, friendly and hard working. They did a good job and I will use them again.
