I called Snappy Electric & Plumbing after we had a plumbing problem. They said that they would get their man out there once he finished the job he was working on. They got to us at night and they checked everything out and fixed it by 11. I was pleased that they were able to do that. We didn't have any toilets or showers and they were able to correct that. Matt the plumber did a superior job.

Snappy Electric & Plumbing has always been dependable, which is why we've been using this company for a few years now. More recently our toilet tank was constantly refilling, and the piping needed to be upgraded. They sent someone over with a kit, and he was able to fix everything in fifteen minutes. He was very polite and thorough. Not only did he check the toilet that was running, but he also checked our water pressure and the toilet in our other bathroom to make sure that it was upgraded. I appreciated how he made sure to explain everything to us. Our experience with Snappy Electric & Plumbing has been awesome, and I would highly recommend them.

We were hosting a large party Saturday of Memorial Day weekend when our 30 year old downstairs AC decided to give up the ghost that morning. We called a few places and Snappy was the only company who could get a tech out to us. John was the tech and here in no time. He had bad news about our unit but explained the situation and our options. Very professional, beyond knowledgable and friendly. We decided to buy a new AC and John was kind enough to give us a freon charge to last us through the party. Rod came out yesterday and installed our new unit. He's a great young man whose customer service and work ethic was very impressive. Now we're sitting cool. We also signed up for the HPP. Snappy has our business and we will highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Snappy for what I thought would be a simple lighting job in my kitchen. Little did I know that the service tech they sent out would push us to also go with their heating and air service. It was tacked onto their hefty estimate and we were told we'd end up paying even more if we didn't sign up for their heating/AC service. It was a wasted $49 for the service call. If I needed heating and air service, I would decide on that then...I didn't need the hard sell when I wanted a simple lighting job completed. They lost my business before they ever got it -- minus the 50 bucks.
We apologize if you felt you were pressured into our Home Protection Plan; this was not our intentions. You would have saved 10% off of the quoted work, Lifetime Warranties on the work, no charge for the estimate, plus additional perks from our other departments including cooling and heating tune-ups. With the 10% savings and the waived trip charge you would have almost received the agreement for a 1/3 of the price. This may have been were the confusion was with the technician seeming pushy as maybe he was not explaining properly. As for the quote our pricing is competitive with other licensed electrical companies in our market as we are neither the highest nor cheapest when it comes to price, but have to build in overhead outside of labor and material to be profitable as do all other service companies that offer the same type of services- (live operators and available service 24/7, lifetime warranties, drug tested and background approved uniformed technicians, trained call center which keep you updated with your scheduled appointments and email pictures of your technicians before they arrive, fully stock trucks, available plumbing, electrical, & HVAC service technicians, etc. etc… Again we apologize for the miscommunication and appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. ~Management~
Called Snappy at 6:00am. Spoke to someone who said they would have someone called and they did. Snappy(called back at 8:20am)scheduled someone would be out between 3:00pm-5:00pm 01/07/14. No one called or came out. I know they were extremely busy like the other plumbers but to schedule and not called or come out is bad business. Called them again around 6:45pm and was told they would have the manager call me. I'm still waiting and it's now 5:24am the next day. Snappy this really doesn't look good. I expected better. Next time I will know better.
We are extremely sorry for letting you down! Due to the record low temps we were flooded with calls for no heat and frozen water lines. After reviewing your account it looks like you called in just ahead of the call rush and protocol demands we take service agreement customers first. We did create a waiting list and inform customers to call around to other contractors as everyone was extremely booked. However this is no reason for the call center to drop the ball and not reach out to you to give you your options. I did call twice over the following 2 days and leave a message to discuss but never received a call back. We apologize for the bad service as we take customer service very serious and our call center is typically second to none this area. With no previous relationship with Snappy, this company rearranged their schedule and had someone out here in two hours on the coldest day of the year (let's hope). John was the tech and it was as though he was the owner, extremely professional and incredibly competent regarding our heater and the industry itself. He diagnosed it as frozen pipes in the attic and set it up to drain. I signed up for their service agreement for $149/year which offers an amazing deal. I have already recommended this company to my friends.

Electrician Eddie came early and did perfect work fast. I had to cap wires out of wall over our oven and he understood the issue and talked with us on how to solve it before he did any work, giving us an estimate in advance. I would use again.

My husband and I called Snappy for a leak issue on our 2nd level shower. We got the bundled annual maintenance (it covers everything!) and as long as we keep it active, it includes a lifetime warranty for Snappy's work. It took Snappy a 2nd visit to fix the leak issue, they honor their warranty and they are consistent in their quality and customer service. We met many employees of Snappy throughout the year for the annual maintenance and services (electrician, plumbers and HVAC technicians), they are great in their quality of work and their service. It's nice to be able to find someone we can trust for plumbing, electric, and HVAC.

Your service person was supposed to arrive between 11-1PM and we arranged our workday to accommodate this. At 10:40 we received a call notifying us that they would not come until between 3-5P. At 4:45 no one arrived so I called the office and was notified it would now be by 7P. You workers did not arrive until 7:45, about 7 hours late! Then the surprise, it turned out that our garbage disposal was bad and you were kind enough to install a new one a $100 disposal for $594, that is a totally insane price and I feel both ripped off and upset but at 8PM you had me over a barrel. Honestly had you shown up on time by 1PM I would have refused the service and called another plumber
We apologize about being extremely late for your appointment, as we discussed that afternoon we were short handed and had a large volume of calls. In these cases we dispatch according to location, call urgency (major leaks, sewage back-ups, etc.) as well as service agreement customers receiving priority for true emergencies. However we did stay in touch and assure you that we would be out that evening as we completed all service requests that evening working late into the night to do so. When our technicians for any trade arrive on-site they stay until all issues are handled and the customer is 100% satisfied with the service. In your case the technicians ran 4 calls before arriving to your home and another one after they completed your repair, and during our phone conversation the following day you did give them a great review on service, attitude, workmanship, and knowledge of your plumbing system. I would like to acknowledge that we did reimburse you part of the charge for your repair for inconveniencing you with our tardiness. We do appreciate the business! ~Management~
This company was referred to me by another company to repair some damaged wires in my attic caused by rodents. They were very honest and thorough and managed to accomplish the job in the attic in the sweltering heat in July. Very good group here.

This is a great company! I was overly impressed with the service we received. Collin, our technician, was very helpful and got everything done in a timely manner.
