As the Largest Snelling Franchise in southeastern Michigan, our 5 office wide network, including Taylor, Southfield, Livonia, Madison Heights and Auburn Hills, has enabled us to service the entire Metropolitan Detroit area and surrounding suburbs since 1986. Our annual revenue in 2005 was $15.3 million and $13.5 million in 2006.
Our Staff Members go through intense training at the onset of their employment, and Snelling has an ongoing training program to keep our representatives informed with regard to the staffing services industry and employment law.

Training and Certification
As an organization we have continually provided training opportunities to our staff so that they may function with a level of expertise that is significantly different from our competition.
We host Snelling University?s corporate trainers once a year for dedicated training; participate in the annual Snelling Conference, and the annual conference of the Michigan Association of Staffing Services. We also attend the American Staffing Association and the National Association of Personnel Services Annual Conferences regularly and we encourage our staff to sit for industry specific certifications.

?Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) both of which are administered by the National Association of Staffing Services.
