Snellville Animal Hospital

We have been using the Snellville Animal Hospital for a little over a year. We had 6 cats and the vets at Snellville Animal Hospital take excellent care of themand of us, too. Today we had to have a beloved pet put to sleep and Dr. Crane and the staff were so kind to our cat and helped us in every way possible. We are very grateful to all involved and will continue to use Snellville Animal Hospital. They are simply the best around....

We moved to the area from Florida with 3 very old dogs. Our vet in FL had seen our guys since they were puppies so I had a hard time finding a good fit in the area. I tried several other "local" Vets and one of them had us convinced the humane thing to do was either spend BIG $$$ on a BIG surgery for our 15 year old or put him to sleep. I had already scheduled the appointment when on a gut feeling I took him for a second opinion. Much to my surprise Snellville Animal Hospital offered us several other options and we were able to enjoy him for 9 more months. In that 9 months at another one of our dogs annual visits the Dr. discovered a mass in my dogs abdomen which turned out to be cancer. Just like previously Dr. Cerjan and Dr. Craine helped us through it step by step, even talking to me on the phone EVERY day (God bless him). They always give you ALL of your options, discuss the different costs and stress to your pet for each option and seem to understand that not everyone has an endless budget. They treated us and our boys as though we had been there since they puppies and when the time came they couldn't have done a better job at helping us though a very hard day. They continue to take care of our existing pets and my mother has now switched and couldn't be happier too.

I have used this clinic for 12 years and have always had great and caring people take care of my Shar-Pei. They have seen me thought many illnesses, surgeries, siezures. They are great. I will ONLY board my dogs here because of their dediation to the health and well-being of all the pets in their care.

This is an excellent medical facility but when it comes to boarding your animal, go somewhere else. I recently boarded a dog there, thinking she would be taken out a couple of times a day for a little exercise. When I aaked the tech how often they took the dogs out, his reply was "never". When you drop your dog off for a week or so when you go on vacation, you should be aware that once your pet goes into that kennel, it doesn't get out until you come back. Something to think about.

This is by far the very best vet that I have ever had. We came in from vacation in Charleston on Saturday because our precious Molly had been sick for a few days. Dr. Cerjan saw her and treated her and gave what he thought she needed to make her better. Not only was Molly up and about in a couple of days but he personally called me to find how she was doing because he knew how concerned we were. I haven't even had a M.D. do this. Keep up the good work. We'll be forever grateful for the care and caring.
