Tom Livsey, Snellville's OurTown.com News Editor I witnessed a real businessman show his true customer service policy in action. Eric priced a couple's picture of their son who is away in the Navy. As the mother was walking out she asked him, "How much more would it be to add a 3-d mat boarder?". He said about twenty more dollars or so. After she left, he turned to me and said, "I'm going to go ahead and add the mat for free. She will be pleasantly surprised when she comes to pick it up. Great customer service!

The new owner is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is an artist himself runs his business with real customer service in mind. The quality of his work is great and the value is fantastic. I won't go anywhere else in the future for my framing needs.

This store, which used to be The Country Framer, was recently purchased by a nice young man who does all the work himself. I'm glad he changed the name because for the past 12 years I thought it was The Country Farmer and had no idea they did framing. He is quick, and knows what he's doing, and best of all prices are actually lower than Michaels or JoAnn's even with coupons! We sure hope he makes it--have had several items done and very well pleased. Next to the donut shop in Big Lots shopping center.
