1. Wait is terrible - 45 minutes over appointment time. 2. Nursing staff extremely unfriendly and uncaring. Just going through the montions. 3. Doctor we saw spent a grand total of 3 minutes with us, then walked out, no post visit instructions, and left us wondering what to do next. She was the WORST pediatrician I have ever seen. Very condescending, and didn't explain anything. We have 4 kids, and two of them saw Dr. Fotion (he's pretty good) all their childhood. we're finding a different practice now. These guys are too big, and demonstrated a total lack of caring for my kids.

Can't stand the wait in this office! They need to start padding the walls for us parents who start to go crazy! I don't understand why the office schedules so many patients for one time slot. Now, most doctors will have busy waiting room, but this place takes the cake. It's awful. The rooms are dirty (a cleaning lady goes around to spray (SPRAY) Lysol during the day. Um...hello?? We have infants in this office! We have asthmatics in this office! C'mon, people! The floors are very dingy...not from fade or wear, but from dirt. I once took an alcohol wipe from their counter and wrote something on the floor...the "real color" underneath the grime is actually really pretty. Now, unless your kid licks the floor, you're safe. As for the actual doctors...THE best is DR. ISLEY! He has a bit of a dry personality, but he is a GOOD DOCTOR. My son visited almost every one of the other doctors with breathing problems. Each time, he was put on a steroid and sent home. Finally...we saw Dr Isley who actually looked at my son's chart and sent him to a specialist...Dr. Isly also sent us home with a nebulizer. Thanks, Doc! If your child has a medical problem, and you need answers, see Dr. Isley. He is the only doctor who arrives on time in the office...just ask the nurses! Get an appointment with him first thing in the morning and you are set.

The waiting room is always full. It takes an hour before you are called back to a room, then you sit in the room for another hour before the doctor comes in. If your child needs shots, another 20 minute wait for the nurse after the doctor leaves the room. No toys or books to occupy kids while they wait. Want to change their diaper? Better bring your own trash can - can't throw any away in their office. I'm in here now looking for a new doctor. I'm fed up. They don't understand why people set up an APPOINTMENT TIME. I've been going there over a year and can't take it anymore.
