A Clear Choice in Training, 9/17/2009

I absolutely love Snug, the place and the people, and it's obvious they care about the animals as well as their humans. Snug is a "one-stop-shop" where I can board my pets while traveling, receive... the best veterinary services, grooming, doggy daycare, and training. What's most impressive to me is the training aspect of Snug. I have a 12 month-old Dalmatian (Callie) and she is a handful. When I purchased Callie, I knew it was essential to have a well-trained dog both on and off leash, so after doing some research, I enrolled her in Snug's 3-week Puppy Boot Camp when she was 5 months old. I have not regretted that decision one day since. As part of the initial boot camp, Callie and I continue to work once a week with Graham as part of our maintenance training. What a tremendous value for your $$, especially when the training staff is so top notch. Graham is a phenomenal trainer, clearly passionate about what he does and I can't believe how much Callie and I have progressed together working with him. He is great, patient, positive and encouraging (with both of us) and takes the time to explain "why" you should or shouldn't do certain things with your dog and the reasoning behind it - because as we know, most of dog training is people training first! Callie is trained on leash and the off-leash is really starting to come together for both of us. If you are looking for amazing results, Snug is the clear choice!
