I visited this store and asked prior to purchasing hair weave if I could bring back unused packages for a refund if the product quality was not good. I was told yes as long as I had my receipt. I... returned to do a return 2 weeks later to the same salesman and he refused to refund because it was more than 3 days after purchase, he never said 3 days when I asked at time of sale. He was rude and refused to discuss the matter further. There is NO customer service at this store and they refuse to even have a conversation with you if you have an issue. The most you will get is a store credit. Who would want that? I will NEVER shop there again. If you are looking for a store that appreciates your business and treats you with honesty and respect.. EVERY time that I have been here (which isn't many) I have witnessed the workers getting yelled at by customers for being so rude and nasty to them. You have to almost beg for help and when they do they have horrible attitudes and asshole remarks. Even if you are standing at the register they will not acknowledge you. Most of their items (jewelry especially) are cheap and overpriced. There are plenty of beauty supply stores in the area and I would NOT recommend this one. EVER.

As a hair professoinal. I try to find helpful stores for my clients to shop in. Althought this store has a wide selection I will NOT shop there or reffer any of my clients there, because of the very rude and poor customer sevice. They do not want to help you do anything, but yet they want you to purchase from thier store. With at least one hundread stores in the metro area you would think that they would what your business. 2 days in a row I went there and 2 days in a row I got no help even thought I asked. They were to busy checking there credit score over the phone. And the second time the guy just down right turned his back on me. Never Again!

As a current employee of So Good, I wish to first apologize for any inconvenience you may have felt shopping in our jewelry section. We have often had theft problems, and although it is uncomfortable for us to keep watch as it is for our customers to be watched, we are told to keep an eye in general on everyone without discrimination. We hope that you would please understand the precaution that we were told to have from the owners on all our customers, and not take personal offense. We have often spoken to the higher ups on this matter, and are relaxing the measures to allow a more comfortable shopping experience for our valued shoppers. This goes to any policies that we employ for shopping in our jewelry section, including paying for the jewelry at the jewelry counters, or leaving your selection at the counter for purchase after you have finished your shopping in other sections. Jewelry purchases have always been final sale, while we are allowing more exchanges or store credits for varying cases. We are trying hard to reach a median which our customers may shop with comfort and pleasure while maintaining secure store management measures. Be aware of their store policy. I was not able to return a merchandise right after paying it.I have not even gotten out of their store. Terrible customer service.Uncomfortable to shop as if they always suspect you to steal from them. Good price does not mean good deal.Some merchandise if not all are not of good quality. You get what you paid for, maybe.

They follow you around the store like you are going to steal something....I purchased a pair of $30 earrings (along with $200 worth of other merchandise)....The earrings broke on my wedding day....a piece of the earring fell off my ear as my husband and I were getting into our limo..(SUPER EMBARASSING MOMENT as our wedding guest witnessed it)..I tried to exchange the earring that broke and THEY WERE SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They spoke Korean the entire time and completely ignored me....I showed pictures to prove it and the general manager accused me of breaking the earring.....HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....I thought good prices until I experienced the POOR QUALITY....Beware...I have never experienced such rudeness....I should have never purchased when they were following me around the store as if I was going to steal something....You would never experience this type of behavior in a high end store such as Nordstrom etc...But you get what you pay for....I'd rather shop at Walmart...

MUST GO PLACE FOR YOUR DRESS&JEWELRY.They have SO MANY GOOD STUFF.I don't know about they follow you but they ask you to leave your jewelries before you leave the section. it's a huge store.i understand what they do&that don't hurt my feelings.i'm so amazed what they have&that makes me happy to shop.cause i can find wat i want&pay less.definitly i'm coming back to shop more

The ladies that work here follow you around like crazy. I made my selection of earrings and kept them in my tray that they gave me.. i was ready to go to the other side of the store. The lady asked me.."Are you ready to check out?" NO...i was just going to the other side of the store. So she made me put my earrings down next to "earrings" department. And rudely said "store policy" I really dont understand why they act like this. Why would I steal $3 earrings?? I was so offended and annoyed.. I left my stuff there and walked out. They dont deserve my money.

There's two that I know of, one off of Steve Reynolds and on Mt. Zion. At both locations they follow you around the store and are quite obvious about it. It's highly uncomfortable and very rude. The jewelry is not great quality but you get what you pay for

I would never shop this store again. They have very poor customer service. they follow you around as if you are trying to take something. very poor customer service. Prices are out the roof for costume jewelry. (you can make it your self. I'm a store manager for a very good company, and we will never do that to a customer. Soogood,is Soooobadddd!!! and soooolonggggg!!!!!!!!
