So Kong Dong

I went here here because it had a funny name, but the food was actually pretty good.

i always bring guests here. the food is excellent and the atmosphere is so comfortable. it makes me feel like i'm actually in korea. prices are really reasonable although sometimes they rob you on the kalbi if you get the soondooboo & kalbi combo plate for two people. instead of giving each person their own kalbi plate they combine two kalbi plates into one so that you both end up sharing it.

Had really tasty tofu soup here. 88 Tofu House, also on Buford Hwy., is really good, but So Kong Dong might even be better. Staff was super nice. Smiles all around.

So Kong Dong is our favorite tofu house. They are always very quick in bringing the food, and everything is always delicious.

A word of warning: Korean food is spicier than what most Americans are used to. But my mom, who can't take any sort of spice, still enjoys eating there because of the fried fish you get with every meal!
