Absolutely TERRIBLE. Beware of this dentist. I had him peform 3 root canals, and all 3 were reinfected and required retreatment within 3 months. One of the teeth he "treated" required extraction. Mr Fakhimi had the nerve to charge me for the extraction on the tooth where his root canal had failed. I understand root canal procedures can fail, but to have 3 fail withing months is ridiculous. This man should not have a license to practice. In addition I was cut under my tongue by his instruments. They did not even have the courtesy to tell me they had cut me severly....I had to find out myself as the anesthetic wore off. I was in pain for weeks. Mr. Fakhimi was unwilling to refund my money or even admit fault for any of these issues.. PLEASE learn from my misfortune and stay clear of this "dentist"

Although I went to Dr. Fakhimi at Soft Touch Dental 4 years ago, I continue to have problems. I had 8 veneers put on my top teeth. It was a very painful process, not exactly "soft touch". The temporary came off. I had trouble getting anyone to assist me on a weekend. Dr. Fakhimi had to replace 1 veneer due to problems. I then cracked or lost 2 others. By this time I had no confidence in Dr. Fakhimi's work and was willing to pay another dentist to fix the problem. He thought they were done so poorly that I should replace all of them. Don't be misled by the "sale prices" at Soft Touch. You're dental work will end up costing more when you have to have it redone.

Going to the dentist has always been my cryptonite. I have complete panic attacks every time I go to a dentist. The first time I went to Soft Touch, I was immediately put at ease. The staff were SUPER nice and caring and didn't look at me as a total wimp. The dentist took time to talk to me and explained everything before he did it. They do sedation dentistry and I highly recommend it to the fearful people out there like myself.

For the most part, I've had decent experiences here. I've usually had to wait, even when I had the first time slot in the morning (so did 3 other people). The last time I was there, I could see the dentist was clearly sick in his office (sneezing and blowing his nose). When he came into the exam room I was definitely nervous. Nothing else bad to say, so they are just OK.
